Every other week coaching with Morgan

A couple of months ago, I had the pleasure of meeting Morgan, the CEO of REW. He happened to be in town, and I jumped at the opportunity to grab coffee with him. The very next day, I signed the contract for his team to develop my website and set me up with their CRM and PPC services.

One of the biggest perks of working with REW is the opportunity to participate in the CEO coaching meetings every other week. If you’re not joining these sessions, you’re missing out! It’s a chance to pick the brain of not only Morgan but also the Carly Carey team, learning how to effectively navigate the CRM, manage PPC leads, and optimize all the leads from your marketing efforts.

A big thank you to everyone already participating in these meetings—I truly appreciate the insights and collaboration. If you haven’t joined yet, I encourage you to invest the time so we can all grow together.

Have an awesome weekend!

Thanks so much Miguel! I know I share it often, but I can’t tell you how much we appreciate your contributions.

Just this past week was such a great example (for our users) - we had new Realtors® (like new to real estate) on the call and Miguel has a lot more experience.

What was meant to be a bit of a technical walk through ended up morphing into a really great conversation around making sure we’re focused on our “Why”

Miguel was able to open up to our Realtors and share how hard real estate can be sometimes, and address the disconnect for new Realtors between the “sexy, easy money” that they think it is, and what it actually takes to be successful

One of the things it takes to have longevity in this business is support and community.

Miguel you are a leader for us - and we love having you on our calls to help mentor our agents.

Your heart, open style and authenticity are one of a kind my friend.

See you on the next call!

PS what a great way to start a relationship!

Impromptu - old school - speed to lead - belly to belly.

All the fancy AI in the world can never beat good old-fashioned relationship-building. I’m so glad you reached out that day in Washington
