The REW CRM features email templates which are super helpful for sending out quick emails. Most of my initial texts could also be templates but there isn’t an option for templates in the texting side so I’m manually writing those out. Any plans to add templates in for texting as well?

Short answer - Yes! We have Pre-written Texts on our roadmap, which will have a very similar functionality to our current Email Form Letters.
