February Updates: Conversations Metrics, Mobile Redesign, and More!

I’m so excited to share that our product updates will be ready next week! Let’s start with our biggest one: the Conversations metrics. These metrics track successful connections with leads (not just call attempts) so you can get a more accurate understanding of how engaged your leads truly are. With the ability to differentiate between calls made and actual conversations, you’ll be able to assess the effectiveness of your outreach and see exactly how many meaningful connections your agents are making. You’ll find this data across the Leads and Agents dashboard in the REW CRM. In Agent View, you can click on “Calls” to get a detailed breakdown of each call’s outcome, duration, and type.

Our upcoming update also includes several other features designed to save you time and improve your CRM experience. Soon, you can track referral fees directly in Deals, ensuring accurate commission calculations for both buy-side and sell-side deals. This makes it easier to keep your financials transparent and avoid manual adjustments. Plus, we will have a mobile view redesign, which will make it easier for you to manage, call, text, or email leads directly from your phone.

We’re also adding call duration logging for those times when calls are made outside the REW dialer. You will be able to manually log the duration of those calls and keep everything in one place. We’re also enhancing the Deals View with descriptive tooltips to provide clearer descriptions of key fields. Lastly, you’ll find a Global Forms Message field on the backend that allows you to add important Terms of Service or consent messaging to all your forms.
