Wondering if it’s possible to use OpenAI to search a closed set of info (that we brokers input into our websites) in order to give leads instant answers to burning questions about:
The buying process
The selling process
Getting pre-qualified
All about inspections
How to take title
Etc
Happy to look into it! @michael any ideas or examples on “open AI” based searches that search website content? (sounds a bit like the old “Google Search My Site” widget but using AI instead of Google search).
Other out of the box options for FAQ’s - website content specific searches welcome

Sounds interesting. It seems like you may be getting at training an AI model on your specific website’s content? Then the answers it provides are based upon your content?
If so, I wonder how much content is needed to train a model? The content on our sites are relatively small. If it needs much more content, maybe your site’s content could be prioritized so the answer is more in line with your content/style?

if you had a blog post for a variety of topics, I don’t see why that wouldn’t work. I don’t think people read blogs that much anymore as our attention is split in 1 million direction these days so I think an automated FAQ could be a positive and allows people to get a lot of awkward and even embarrassing questions answered without having to speak to a Realtor. Also would save us a lot of time. Not to say that we wouldn’t verbally advise people, but at least this would get them thinking the way we want them to in terms of understanding some of the basics for navigating the market
