How many of these REW CRM features are you using?

We just shared a new blog that reveals some of the most impactful REW CRM features you definitely should be using. If you’re already using REW CRM, this checklist is a great way to see if you’re taking full advantage of the CRM, or if you’re missing something.

These are some of the features we listed:

  • Agent Goals & Report Scorecard – track your daily and yearly KPIs
  • REW Sources – see which marketing channels are returning your investment (ROI)
  • REW Deals – manage buy-side and sell-side deal transactions
  • REW Dialer – make calls directly from the CRM with Caller ID and AI-generated call transcripts and summaries
  • Automations – set up key automatic actions to accomplish key tasks

Are you already using some of these features? Or are there any unfamiliar ones to you? I’m personally extra excited about Automations since we recently just launched Phase 2. There are now additional triggers, conditions and actions you can choose from to create more advanced automations in the CRM.

The recent launch also includes the dialer’s AI-generated call transcripts and summaries feature. Now, users don’t need to worry about taking notes and they can easily review past calls if needed. They can also fully focus on conversations instead of splitting their attention between conversing with leads and making sure they don’t miss any detail.
