How to Display Open Houses in Renaissance?

Hi everyone,

I’ve been scanning every setting and page in Renaissance and can’t find a clear way to feature or display “open houses” on my listings. I’m not talking about virtual tours or livestream. I want to show standard in-person open houses with date and time.

Am I missing something in the backend that enables this? Is there a module or field somewhere to input open house details?

Any help would be appreciated. I’m surprised this isn’t easier to find if it exists.

Thanks in advance!

I created my own open house page in the meantime but still hoping I am missing a feature.

Hi @JoleneW! The CRM doesn’t have an open house manager that modifies the layout of listing details pages, that would require custom work.

The alternative is to display them on a separate page like you did.

Hi @JoleneW, we just had an internal discussion about this topic and we have added this item to our R&D Roadmap, we will start exploring solutions soon! We might implement it as part of the enhanced listings feature!

That is wonderful news!!! I put it my wish list for development requests to get this added, with the ability for consumers to search.

Hi everyone!

We’re currently exploring different options for the front-facing design of the open houses and would love your feedback!

For the listing cards we’re planning to add an open house label as well as the open house details below the listing MLS#, similar to this (inspired by westandmainhomes.com):

On the listing details we’re exploring multiple options, one of the designs we liked is from charteronerealty.com where they show the open house information just below the property overview:

But we also loved the design from smithandassociates.com which stands out way more and they even have an open house jump link on the navigation bar:

What do you guys think? Have you seen something different on other websites? We’d love to hear your feedback and ideas!

Hey Fernando! This is great information and examples! Both of the examples given are excellent - I do like the idea of the jump link, such as the smithandassociates.com example. I know there are a few more clients out there with ideas as well, will be great to see some additional feedback!
