New Accountability tool - Agent accountability mode in CRM

We’ve been working hard on this for a while now, and I think brokers and team leaders (and agents) are going to love this new feature.

The concept is pretty simple - instead of all the data and view management being centered around leads (like it is in the default CRM) you can now switch to a new agent accountability mode.

We leveraged our epic new CRM UI including smart listings and view builder, but this time the data is all about what the “agent” is doing.

We have total reporting, as well as reporting over specific timeframes.

Check out this new view I’ve just created called “total view” (you can custom name views any way you want, just like with leads in CRM).

Now I can scroll left to right and discover all of the data you see listed in the columns display.
