Some of you might have heard already, but we recently updated REW CRM’s Lead Details Page. This update comes in response to several key factors: optimizing app costs (since many clients use the CRM through their browsers), dedicating more resources to research and development, and enhancing support for agents on the move. The new page is mobile optimized, with all the crucial lead management features in one place.
Here’s what’s new!
- Communication Totals: Get a quick overview of calls, emails, texts, inquiries, and messages right at the top.
- Redesigned Lead Info: With a press of a button, you can easily call, emails, and add/edit Quick Notes.
- Prominent Contact Panel: See the lead’s preferred contact method and address front and center.
- Collapsible Lead Activities: Scroll through all activities with expandable sections for easy navigation.
- Activity Line Graph: Track key lead dates and filter activity by person, type, and date.
- Lead Basic Info Panel: Quickly update a lead’s status, stage, and other details with the new “Edit Basic” button.
- Mobile-Friendly Action Plans: Tasks in action plans are now more accessible on mobile.
- Listings Totals: See inquiries, favorites, views, and agent recommendations at a glance.
- Saved Searches: Check out saved, recommended, or trending searches for each lead.
- Inquiries Panel Update: Listing images were expanded, and new buttons for viewing listings and responding to inquiries were added.
- Enhanced Deal Card Info: Key details like outcome, close date, sold price, and commission are now easier to find.
- Quick Notes Management: Easily add, edit, or delete quick notes and control who can see them.
- Event Info: Key event details are more visible with updated buttons to edit, delete, or mark as complete.
- Group, Tags, and Interests Management: Add or remove groups, tags, and interests for a more detailed profile.
- New Lead Relationships Feature: You can now link leads by relationships (family, business connections) for a more complete lead profile.
