Hi Everyone,
The product team have released some amazing new features that we’re excited to share with you!

The CRM now provides a home page to view all Sources and Source data. This view is where you’ll be able to see all of the information on your sources. You will be able to create new sources, create smart lists and views and filter the columns to display exactly what source information you would like to see. We also have a video user guide explaining the Source View. If you needed a refresher on what are sources and how to add them in the CRM check out this Source Management Video Guide.
You are able to create smart lists and deals to view the source data you want to see.

- Leads = number of Leads attached to Source
- Spend (sum of any spend that’s logged in that timeframe)

Deals Form
We have completely redesigned the ability for users to create Buy and Sell deals. We’ve added new transaction stages to help manage and organize all the information needed to complete your deals, from booking appointments, adding offers and marketing activities to closing the deal and adding commission and agent and broker splits. Everything you need to update and report on deals is now available in the CRM!
We have some amazing video guides to show you how to log and view deals. In our latest webinar Jeff Pady takes you through adding a Buy Side Deal. We also have a Deals Video Guide to provide a more detailed walkthrough of this feature.
Deals View
We have introduced a deals view power mode where you’ll be able to see all of the information on your deals. You will be able to create new deals, create smart lists and views and filter the columns to display exactly what you need to see.
We have also introduced Deals cards at the top of the Deals view page, these Cards show amounts and numbers that would be of interest to Agents and Brokers, such as the total Sales Volume, Commission, Pending Deals and Deals in the pipeline. These total card amounts change depending on the Smart List you have chosen.
There are now new total deals cards to show important deals data:
- Sales Volume = Total Sold Price from Deals
- Total Commission = Total Commission from Deals, before any splits
- Agent Commission = The portion of the commissions that have gone directly to agents
- Broker Commission = The portion of the commission split that went to the brokerage
Lead Motivations, Interests & Tags to the CRM
We have now added additional ways to group leads by introducing motivations, interests and tags to the CRM.This is another way to organize your leads.
- Motivations - Why is that Lead’s motivation to sell or Buy property? Examples include Relocations, Downsizing, Retirement.
- Interests - What is the Lead interested in? For example Surfing, Skiing.
- Tag - Tags can be anything you use to categorize a certain type of Lead. For example ‘Short Timeframe to Sell’
Similar to Groups you can create Motivations, Interests and Tags in Leads>My Setup
You can view all the current motivations, interests and tags on the right hand side of the page. You’ll also be able to see how many Leads have these tag attached to them.
To add a new motivation, interest or tag you must add the name, label colour and description.
If you are an Admin you also have the option to share these tags so other Agents can also use them.
In the Lead View you’ll be able to create smart lists and views to see this extra information. In the Lead View you also have the option to mass select and assign Leads to these tags, interests and motivations. Select the Lead filter and the options will appear on the right hand side.
