October 2024 Release Features (Version 24.10)

Happy Halloween Everyone!

The Product team have been hard at work and have just released some new features that we are excited to share with you! Big thanks to the Product team and @Richard for this smooth release.

Add MLS number in the Lead details page

In the Listings Card in the Lead details page we now show the MLS listings number for all listings (Inquiries, Listings, Favourites and Recommended). So the MLS number is easily accessible for Agents.

Add reCAPTCHA enterprise to improve anti-spam controls

To improve REW CRM security and spam attacks we have added reCAPTCHA Enterprise in REW CRM. Owned by Google, reCAPTCHA is a free service that distinguishes real human users from automated bots. This option actively analyzes incoming form submissions to help determine the legitimacy of the submitter. ReCaptcha enterprise works completely in the background and is completely invisible to users. The REW support team will be adding unique REcaptcha keys to every single site in the next week to ensure the setup is complete.

Clickable deal modal for Lead View

In the Leads view screen the deal totals will be clickable. When you select deals totals for that lead a deals modal will appear that shows the information of those deals.

  • Deal Name - Name of the deal
  • Parties - Any other leads associate with the deal
  • Close date - Date of when deals was updated as ‘closed’
  • Value - value of the property sold or bought
  • Commission - total commission made on the deal

Ability to drag and drop views to re-order

Add ability to re-order the views under the “Manage Views” modal - exactly like it works with “Manager Smart Lists”. You are able to drag and drop to move the different views you have created.

Remember panel toggle (open/closed) on new lead details screen

On the lead details page the system will remember when an agent has closed or opened a panel. This is an easy way to close the panels and keep them closed the next time you view lead details.

Offers & Appointments in Deals will be saved when added

Agents can now create or save offers and appointments when they select the add button within that offer or appointment and won’t need to scroll down to find the other save button at the bottom of the deal form. We made this change so users can quickly and easily save the information they add to their deal.

Add relationship lead to CC or BCC in email modal

In the email modal you can see and select the leads that have been added as a relationship. When you’ve selected the email modal, click anywhere inside the CC or BCC and the relationship label, lead name and email will appear for you to easily select.

You can also search by Lead name or email within the CC field to find the correct Lead you want added to your emails.

Add permission to view other Agent communications

In the Agent permissions tab, we now have a new permission so you can let an Agent view the communication history of other Agents to leads.

This includes all emails, texts, phone calls and the Lead activity history details. To turn this permission on go to the notifications for the Agent and under Lead Privileges there will be a new option called ‘Allow to View Lead History’. This is useful to see previous communication of your Lead from other Agents. Please note only admins can update this permission.

What do you think of these features? Any suggestions for new improvments to the CRM? Let us know in the comments!

These are great! I agree re-captcha will be huge (shout out to @brianpearl for giving us a push on that and allowing us to test on his account)

I like the relationship CC as well (a recent suggestion from our Summer of Innovation series) - @Pozek was ahead of the curve on that one and has had it customized (differently but similar idea) for quite some time. Ken you should check out this enhancement, I think it would be an enhancement to your current process.

On the deals modal, LOVE IT! But I also noticed a gap in the search option process

I’ll explain:

On the screen you see there, it shows “deals” in any state (not just closed deals) - I do want to keep that (deals in any state) but we should have a “separate” search in lead filters for “closed deals” so it excludes anything not in the closed state (or closed won, closed lost) similarly you want a “pending deals” panel etc - let’s capture this for a future round please.
