Hi Everybody! :wave:

I wanted to share a small but important suggestion that I think would improve data quality and the overall user experience for everyone.

Currently, phone number fields don’t appear to have any validation requirements, which allows entries with too few (or too many) digits. This can create issues when trying to follow up on inquiries or leads, especially when the number provided isn’t usable.

It would be incredibly helpful if the platform required a standard 10-digit format for phone numbers at the point of registration or property inquiry. This feels like a fairly basic validation step, and one that most users would expect as a default rather than something that requires customization.

I’ve been a customer for many years and really appreciate the platform, which is why I wanted to flag this. It seems like a small change that could make a meaningful difference in day-to-day usability for a lot of us.

How would this work with international numbers?

Hi @jolenta! That’s a good callout, better handling of phone numbers would go a long way for data quality.

It gets a bit more complex once you consider international formats, so it would likely need a more flexible solution than a fixed structure.

We don’t have this in place today, but we’ll include it in our exploration as we evaluate improvements to the user experience. :slight_smile:
