It’s my understanding that PWA’s can tie into iOS Push Notifications (since iOS 16, and probably long supported by Android notifications). Is it feasible for the REW Backend to be a PWA and tie into notifications? Moderate, difficult, near-impossible?
Getting into phone notifications would be a big win and I think it would boost backend usage by agents. Agents get inundated with email and texts. There is a large contingent of agents that tune out those type alerts, but do pay attention to notifications. With notifications, text, and emails we have every type of alert covered and agents can choose their preference. PWA may also be a bridge for the folks who miss the REW App.
