There’s a reference to Immoviewer in Enhanced Listings (pretty sure that’s where I saw it anyway). I can’t even seem to sign up for the app (I downloaded it but get an error every time I try to create an account or log in). Anyone know whether I can substitute something like like a YouTube embed code there? Just trying to figure out how to make use of some nice video for a great new listing. Thanks for any info or a link to some documentation even. I seem to have lost my notes on how to access backend documentation.
You can only use Immoviewer codes in that particular field, but if you have a nice video, you can play it in the header of the enhanced listing. Just select Video Background in the dropdown menu under Background Settings and add the video ID (the code after v= in the video’s Youtube URL) in the respective field. Thanks! One other question that’s kind of related, when a lead clicks on the blue “Video Tour From Home” button on the property details page, should I receive an email or text alert? Currently I’m not even when I fill out the form as a test user. The test account does receive an email thanking them for the inquiry.
Yes, when a lead submits that form, the assigned agent receives a Quick Inquire Form notification email that looks the same as the regular Inquire Form notification, but under Comments it will say “I’d like a video tour of {address}” and under Inquire Type it shows “Video Tour”.
The inquiry also shows up in the agent’s dashboard and in the lead profile.
Hmm, I’m definitely not receiving that email notification when someone fills out that form.
