Someone asked me how to link profiles together using relationships
It’s pretty easy -
Step 1: Make sure they are both in the CRM (separate records)
Step 2: Go to “each” profile and then click the relationships tab
Step 3: Label the relationship (husband, wife, son whatever)
Step 4: Open the flyout and save.
You’re done (do that for each profile)
FAQ - Why doesn’t it just do this automatically? (In terms of if you do one then it automatically tags the other)
The funny answer: “Relationships are complicated” heh
But actually, it’s true - how folks refer to each other varies from relationship to relationship (husband, vs spouse etc) and you can also link profiles that are not family example majority owner vs minority owner - in which case you would want your labels to be different.
