Real Estate Sales Strategies: 100 Day 4th Quarter Challenge

Renee- These are awesome goals!

I tell you when it comes to working out, I figured out that 20 25 minutes daily and staying consistent, was a lot better for me and easier than doing 3-4 HARDCORE work outs. It was life changing. It set my schedule.

I LOVE the weekly micro personal promises too. Do you meet with them on that or is there away that yo’uve systemized that process?

Baby steps! Today I did a 25 min cardio - quick, in and out!

We shifted our phrase from “goals” to “personal promises”. Goals can seem lofty… compared to the word “goal” - there is a psychological impact when we PROMISE to ourselves and our Team.

Our Team meets every morning for a morning huddle - Mon-Thurs, from 8:45am - 9am, in our cloud office. During morning huddle, personal promises typically bubble up for accountability. We ask three questions… 1.What successes have you had? 2. What challenges have you encountered? 3. How can we help each other?

On Friday’s, we meet for 1 hour, for our in-person sales meeting, to review in more detail the results of the micro personal promises - and then schedule our personal promises for next week.

Additionally, we hold formal one on one’s quarterly, to review the macro road map and annual plan for each Team Member.

Hi Brian! Thats awesome:) Any goals in particular?

Ok - so I have not started my business planning. I’m doing pretty good on the rest of the stuff though.

I love all the goals! @LauraMonroe amen to time protection!

Mine…

  1. Take 5 minutes to meditate before putting foot in mouth when stressed out
  2. Do less but do it better, trust in delegation
  3. Keep the roadmap realistic
  4. Take time everyday to show the gratitude that I feel.
  5. Eat my veggies

How is everyone doing on their challenge? I’m doing pretty good on most of mine. I need to work on time blocking working on my CRM.
