Renaissance Website—Built for SEO

Hi all!

I wrote a blog post exploring why the Renaissance website is a strong platform for SEO, and I thought I’d open up a conversation here to hear how others are using it.

There’s a lot going on behind the scenes that helps your site rank better:

  • Page speed: Renaissance sites consistently score high on PageSpeed Insights (100 across all categories!). Faster sites keep people around longer, and that helps with search engine rankings.

  • Mobile-first design: Since Google uses mobile-first indexing, having a fully responsive site is a big deal. Renaissance handles that out of the box.

  • Site structure: Clean, logical site structure makes it easier for search engines to crawl your site, and Renaissance is designed that way.

  • Content management: Even if you’re not into coding, you can create content on Renaissance. It’s also easy to add proper page titles, meta descriptions, headers, alt texts, and internal links.

I encourage you to read the blog for the full explanation: Why Renaissance is the Best Real Estate Website for SEO.

If you’re working on your website’s SEO, I’d love to know what’s worked for you when trying to improve rankings. If you’re new to this, what are the things you’re still figuring out? Comment them below!

I’ve been working on SEO for three of our community pages, targeting 11 keywords, and have been seeing success. We moved four of the keywords to the first page of Google, which were previously ranked 3-5 pages deep. Five keywords are now on the second page and climbing. They had been buried way back in the results.

The keywords have lower monthly search volumes of 200-600, but they are specific and appear to be high-intent. They are variations of “homes for sale in city-x” and “city-x real estate.”

I’ve mainly improved the content, naturally sprinkling the keywords. We updated navigation, internal links, and optimized all the technical aspects. Backlinks are the last element to tackle.

I’ve been using what I learned here on the REW forum, along with Ahrefs’ SEO service for technical analysis and keyword research. These three community pages have been a warm-up. Next, we will apply what we have learned to our nine core community pages and the main homepage.

That’s amazing! The time and effort you’re putting into it is really paying off! Another suggestion I have is to add some external links to trusted sources. For example, if you’re talking about local schools, linking to their official websites can add credibility and provide extra value.

I also recommend creating blog posts that tie into your community pages (ex. neighborhood guides, local events, even market updates) to build authority and link back to those pages naturally.

You’re definitely doing amazing work, can’t wait to see how the rest of the pages perform!
