Renaissance Website—Built for SEO

I’ve been working on SEO for three of our community pages, targeting 11 keywords, and have been seeing success. We moved four of the keywords to the first page of Google, which were previously ranked 3-5 pages deep. Five keywords are now on the second page and climbing. They had been buried way back in the results.

The keywords have lower monthly search volumes of 200-600, but they are specific and appear to be high-intent. They are variations of “homes for sale in city-x” and “city-x real estate.”

I’ve mainly improved the content, naturally sprinkling the keywords. We updated navigation, internal links, and optimized all the technical aspects. Backlinks are the last element to tackle.

I’ve been using what I learned here on the REW forum, along with Ahrefs’ SEO service for technical analysis and keyword research. These three community pages have been a warm-up. Next, we will apply what we have learned to our nine core community pages and the main homepage.
