Hey everyone, happy Monday!
I have some exciting news (soon to hit the desks of every major real estate leader in North America as the cover story in Real Estate Magazine).
What’s the news?
Our amazing clients—and dear friends— @JustinHavre, @Garyashton and @Pozek have officially joined us as Product Advisors to help us build out our CRM!
How it Works
We get on regular calls with them and their top leaders, tech folks, and implementers to:
- Evaluate existing features in our CRM—what’s working, and what could be even better.
- Analyze features from other CRMs (like Follow Up Boss, Brivity, etc.) and discuss how similar tools could be integrated into our backend in a unified way.
- Explore Blue Sky ideas—innovations that don’t yet exist in any system—that could truly set our CRM apart.
These conversations take the form of Zooms, calls, group texts, and emails packed with high-level collaboration.
Look for the full article in the August issue!
But for now, I wanted to give you a sneak peek of some early wins and big ideas that have come out of this incredible partnership.
Automations (Phase 2)
We already had automations well underway, but through feedback from these teams, we’ve added some major enhancements.
Here are a few great examples from Ken Pozek’s team:
- Use Case: Referrer-Based Campaigns
Automatically assign new leads to hyper-targeted campaigns based on the referrer (Facebook, YouTube, Google PPC, etc.). Different source = different nurture strategy. Love it! - Use Case: Dynamic Lead Pools
Auto-assign leads to specific pools based on source, city, price point, etc. For example, all $1M+ leads in Orlando could drop into Pool X. - Use Case: Stage-Based Communications
Trigger automated texts/emails based on deal stages.
Example: When a deal closes, automatically send a thank-you message and invite for a 5-star Google review. Or, send a listing-readiness checklist when the stage changes to “Go to Market.”
Ken’s team has been AWESOME—and automations are significantly better thanks to them.
FUB Insights from Gary & Justin
Gary Ashton’s team (along with Justin’s) are heavy Follow Up Boss users. They’ve helped us prioritize features that are mission-critical for FUB users migrating over:
- Small but powerful asks (like pinning notes to the top of the activity feed—which FUB doesn’t even do!)
- Bigger improvements, like a customizable lead stage funnel to replace our current hardcoded “contact / lead / client” flow
- Valuable input on our Market Watch R&D as well
Deeper Integration with Justin Havre
We have an even deeper relationship with Justin through our partnership in Beyond Real Estate Group. We meet weekly and dive deep into both real estate strategy and CRM development.
Some of Justin’s top focus areas include:
- Conversations – including tracking & accountability features he’s pushed hard for (Justin’s big on accountability).
- Campaigns – stressing the need for excellent campaigns and reporting (like open rates, bounces—Mailchimp-style analytics).
- AI – Justin’s a huge AI proponent. One of his key ideas?
“Call transcripts are an insurance policy.” They protect agents, teams, and brokers from future client disputes.
And yes, we’re building it all:
AI-powered call transcripts
Call summaries & coaching
Conversation quality scoring
Feedback loops for agents (what worked, what didn’t)
Market Watch Alpha Testing
All three—Justin, Gary, and Ken—are also alpha testers for our upcoming Market Watch and exclusive Data & Analytics platform. More on that soon!
Final Thoughts
Honestly, this is just the beginning. There’s so much more to share, but like I said in the article—it feels like we’ve assembled Gretzky, Jordan, and Ali.
With these legends and their teams in our corner, how could we not be excited about the future of an already amazing product?
Huge thanks again to Justin, Gary, and Ken—you guys rock. ![]()
