How about the new engagement wheel? (Launching Sept release)

We’ve updated it to reflect many of the new enhancements in deals and deal tracking as well as conversations.

Now it visually showcases the following (done / not done) for each lead

This flow much better aligns with the coaching we provide to our agents and how the natural communication / lead flow should go. And makes it easy for agents to drive right into the CRM and know exactly what to do.
