Will traditional real estate SEO be dead in 2026?
*spoiler alert. No way!
In fact, with the acceleration of AI as a component of search marketing, we will see a larger shift in the SEO AIO landscape in 2026 than at any other time in recent history.
We’d like to invite you to join us on a journey of learning, exploration, and experimentation into the future state of SEO / AIO / GPTO as we head into 2026.
Who are we?
We are Real Estate Webmasters, of course! The world’s most experienced and prolific real estate SEO company.

How I see this collaboration working: (What I pitched to Chris).
I love teaching. Especially when it comes to search engine marketing. On-page, Technical, WPO, Link Building - you name it, I love it!
Even more so, I love teaching engaged, fully committed students.
So when I saw Chris diving in here on the forums trying to work on his SEO DIY, I reached out to him and we got to talking.
What I realized is that my man has so many great assets (a razor-sharp intellect, excellent work ethic, a killer video creation engine, and most importantly, a desire and willingness to learn.
But here’s the thing - SEO is HARD to master (it takes years), and what often happens is enthusiastic, bright people take on the challenge and pour their hearts into doing SEO, only to make far to many mistakes early on, and instead of that hard work compounding into excellent SEO results, it can often be inneffective (or worse detrimental) and they end up with a tonne of wasted time, money and energy.
Because of our 25+ years of high-level SEO experience across thousands of projects, I KNOW we can help guide these folks (folks like Chris) into making the most of their SEO efforts, and even better, accelerate their learning curve while helping them avoid making costly mistakes.
Now, we do this for a living, and so for us to justify pouring our resources into folks, we do need to make some money, and so I said to Chris.
"Listen - you may not be ready yet to do all your own SEO, but I know you want to learn. So why don’t you hire us to do your SEO short-term and during the time you’re a paying customer, I will commit to providing you with personalized coaching on SEO, as well as personally guide the REW SEO team with respect to how to allocate your resources and what they should work on.
In this way, the SEO in the coming year gets done right. (We avoid those costly mistakes) AND Chris gets to focus on just the things he really loves about it (instead of trying to learn everything) AND we are REW get an amazing resource that will produce better results than us doing the SEO on our own.
So that’s what we’re going to do! He said immediately, “I’m in!” And ordered 20 hours of SEO per month. It’s time to get to work!
Here’s the benefit to Chris being an innovator and going first:
#1: He gets personalized coaching from the world’s most experienced real estate SEO consultant (at no extra charge)
#2: I will be directing the team for him on how / where to spend resources so that he does not have to come up with the ideas (saving him many hours of research and communication)
