I used a different CRM that automatically texted me when a lead responded to a text I sent via an automation. I have the REW text module, but it only sends an email when a lead replies to a text.
I think we all get 100’s of emails on a daily basis. When I’m out and about I’m not looking at my emails, but I will look at a text. I can’t have my email send my phone a notification sound because it would be going off constantly.
I am texted when a lead signs up on my REW site, so why can’t I receive a text when they respond on the text module? As it is, there is no speed to lead when I have to rely only on an email notification.
My other CRM, that no one would recognize, texts me immediately when a lead replies, so it’s surprising that this can’t be done through REW’s text module.
