Thinking About Adding IDX?

Hi everyone!

How are you all doing? I just wanted to share that our latest blog is live, and it’s all about IDX. If you’re looking to give your clients a top-notch property search experience, this is a great place to start.

So, what is IDX? It stands for Internet Data Exchange, and it’s what connects your site to live MLS data. That means your clients can browse the latest listings all without needing to jump between tabs. With Real Estate Webmasters’ IDX builder, you can also tailor searches with advanced filters and use modules like Drivetime for commute insights.

The setup process in our Renaissance website is simpler than you might think! In your backend, just head to the IDX settings to select your feed, customize filters, and configure how results are displayed (like sorting by price or listing date). We also have IDX snippets, which can be added to your community pages. This will make your community page more useful to visitors and will encourage them to engage (which we love seeing!).

Also, promo alert! For every year of your SaaS contract, we’re offering a free additional IDX feed (as long as it’s one we already support). Just cover the access fees, and we’ll handle the rest. If you’ve been thinking about expanding your coverage or showcasing specific areas, now’s the time! Reply below or contact us here to take advantage of this deal.

Watch our IDX walkthrough video on REW Academy for the full setup instruction. Also, check out our IDX blog post for a deep dive into the setup, benefits, and best practices, then, let’s keep the conversation going here!
