We’re rolling out our Winter Product Release very soon, and one of the biggest additions is REW CRM’s Email Metrics & Campaigns Redesign. This update gives agents clear visibility into how their emails are performing by tracking key metrics like open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate, and unsubscribe rate, available for both individual emails and full campaigns.
With these insights built directly into the CRM, you can quickly see what’s resonating with your leads, improve subject lines and calls to action, clean up your contact lists, and fine-tune your email strategy for better engagement and deliverability. The redesigned Campaigns dashboard makes it even easier to analyze results and turn data into action, because if it’s measured, it can be improved.
Check out the full blog for a breakdown of each email metric and how to use them to boost your email marketing results.
I send a weekly email called “Deal of the Week”. I normally just use the mass email option, use an email template and then send away.
Would this be something that campaigns can be used for? When setting up a campaign it looks like they are triggered based off a group. Does it trigger sending the email when a lead is added to the group or will the campaign send to everyone that’s already in a group?
Trying to figure out the best way to send these emails but having some extra metrics would extremely helpful!
Something else I wanted to add is a feature that FUB has when using the mass email action(batch emails is what they call it). It automatically puts these emails into a campaign type tracker just like the way that REW does it except the process is a bit easier to execute as there’s nothing extra to do. Just select all of the leads, click batch email, compose and then send. Maybe I’m misunderstanding the way that campaigns is designed in REW. Thanks!
