Wearable AI for Realtors doing SEO (Limitless, PLAUD) - Shout Out To Beyond

Do you want to use AI to have a meaningful impact on your real estate SEO?

First, a couple of shoutouts — then I’ll share my latest idea: using wearable AI for SEO.

Shoutouts

  • Justin Havre – one of REW’s special advisors and the leader of the #1 EXP team in Canada.
  • Beyond Real Estate Group – a powerhouse of top EXP leaders in North America (and I’m fortunate to be part of it).

Why the shoutout? Because Justin and the Beyond group are always pushing AI and discussing new use cases. In last week’s mastermind, Justin, Katrina, Ibrahim, and others shared their experiences with wearable AI — specifically Plaud AI and Limitless AI.

They weren’t talking about SEO… but that’s where my idea comes in. Their work (buying tools, testing them, sharing feedback) inspired me to think about SEO applications. So thank you Justin and the Beyond group for setting me on this path.

  • Chris Colgan – deserves a shoutout too. He’s funding a new SEO project with REW, allowing us to build a 2026 search case study while giving us incredible access to his time, assets, and audience.

The SEO Challenge

Google still wants unique content that shows E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trust).

AI-generated content doesn’t achieve this because AI lacks experience, expertise, and authority. Unfortunately, this is how most Realtors and marketing companies try to use AI: as an “easy button” to pump out content they don’t want to create themselves.

Don’t do that!

I understand the temptation — if you’re not technical, don’t know SEO, or don’t like writing, you might think:

“Give me an SEO page on Nanaimo real estate in HTML so I can paste it onto my site.”

But there’s a better way.

The Idea: Use Wearable AI

If you don’t like to write and don’t know SEO, then lean into what you are great at — talking about the market.

Buy a wearable AI, and do this:

  • As you’re driving to and from work, take routes through different neighborhoods.
  • Pretend you’ve got a client in the car who knows nothing about the area.
  • Just talk — be the amazing Realtor you already are.

That’s it. Then:

  • Provide the transcript to your SEO team (e.g., @WesMartin at REW).
  • Or give them login access to your wearable AI account so they can pull it directly.

We’ll handle the rest.

Going Deeper: Guided Prompts

For maximum SEO value, we’d work with you to create a script so your recordings cover the right topics. For example:

  1. This neighborhood appeals to buyers because…
  2. The kinds of properties you’ll find here are…
  3. Price points typically range from…
  4. Historically, this neighborhood is known for…
  5. Recently, this neighborhood has seen…
  6. What sellers can do to sell in this neighborhood…
  7. Final thoughts for buyers and sellers.

That’s just a rough framework. Ideally, we’d customize it to match your style and the actual questions your clients ask.

The Power

This approach captures your voice, experience, and expertise — the stuff AI can’t fake.

And the best part? All you have to do is what you already do: talk real estate while touring neighborhoods.

My Next Step

I’m buying a Limitless today as my first wearable AI to test this out for CarlyCarey.com. (Maybe Plaud or Limitless wants to sponsor a test account for Chris?) < Would get some great exposure with his 10M+ monthly viewers

What about you? Any thoughts on this idea? How would you make it even better?

Wheels are spinning over here! Turns out Limitless has an API - we could ingest (potentially) the content directly into the CMS or CRM and (potentially) skip the whole process of sending us anything - we could just “have it” - time to dig in!

Always with great questions / suggestions - @JustinHavre asked, will this help with SEO for AI / ChatGPT? (that’s a thing now, people don’t just use Google any more)

Here’s the good news -

SO FAR - Chatgpt highly leverages SERPS from Google and other search engines in order to determine what they should provide as answers.

AND

Proper content development / SEO techniques for other search engines also work for Chatgpt (if you know what you’re doing and truly focus on E-E-A-T

Want proof? Let me show off a bit

BUT - natural language context and prompting in Chatgpt has caused users queries to evolve considerably, and so since consumers search differently in GPT you need to understand that behavior and ensure you cover your bases for the most important contextual searches.

I should probably do an article / deep dive on GPT SEO - would that be helpful for you all?

PS - Order placed!! Can’t wait to get started!

This is a really interesting use case, @Morgan.

There’s definitely a compounding effect here, as well. Realtors can build up an authentic library of hyperlocal knowledge in their own voices, which is exactly what Google is after with EEAT.

Whether using APIs or not, if these insights are paired with a team that can structure and optimize the transcripts (humble brag here), you’ve basically got a system that turns daily market conversations into long-term digital assets.
