Our next and last product update of the year is coming this winter! This release is influenced by the ideas and input from our product advisors and your posts here on the forum.
Here are the list of new features included in the next release:

AI Call Grading & Coaching: Improve your conversations and build rapport with your leads with REW Dialer’s AI coaching and grading feature. You’ll get 24/7 feedback about your conversations, and a letter grade to assess how you did (overall score and a grade per real estate sales category).

Email Metrics & Campaigns Redesign: You’ll soon be able to check key email metrics such as open rates, unsubscribes, CTR, etc. on REW CRM. This will give you the data needed to boost your stats and determine which of your campaigns need adjustments.

Lead Stage Manager: This feature will allow you to add, delete, and organize your own lead stags, which means more flexibility in labelling your leads. Special thanks to our product advisor, @Garyashton for inspiring this feature!

Presentation Mode: This feature will allow you to blur important lead information on your CRM so you don’t need to worry about compromising your leads’ security when you demo or share your screen.

Blog Subscription Button – This new button on your Renaissance website will capture lead information. You can then use this data to manually email your new blog posts to interested leads. Shout out to @kim.blanton for suggesting this feature!

Display Open House – This feature will enable you to showcase open house information directly on listings. It’s sourced through your IDX feed so you can use it as a filter and sorting criteria. If not available on the feed, you can also manually add the open house information on the CRM’s enhanced listing section. Thanks for suggesting this feature @JoleneW!

Which ones of these features are you most interested in? Personally, I’m really looking forward to the AI Call Grading and Coaching feature, as well as the Email Metrics. These two will definitely make everyday work easier, and I can only imagine how these can improve lead engagement. The AI dialer update is like having a personal coach that you can access 24/7, and the email metrics will centralize email marketing communications on the CRM, which can eliminate the need for a third-party platform.
