You can do it! Success with Real Estate CRM's is all about consistency

Hey all,

I wanted to post some motivation for you on Friday with a quick share from our team’s internal group.

On our team, we have a board that our admin updates every day before our agents get in.

This way we have accountability to ourselves, our leaders, and our peers. It’s also great for recognition when agents do a great job.

Take Jayda’s board today! This is what she gets to walk into—a celebration of HER success and a reminder that she took a giant leap forward towards her why yesterday.

My hope is she sees this board and is reminded of just how much of a badass she is and when she puts her mind towards the focus on her business, she’s going to crush her 2025 goal of $20M

She’s also a mentor for one of our newer agents and so this board and this consistency demonstrates to her mentee that with hard work you do get the true results (deals) and along the way, you CAN get to your targetted conversation time and book appointments.

This board btw is a replication of our scorecard technology, if you’re not using it with your agents, you SHOULD be! It is one of the top 3 features of the CRM.

Can we get some love for @JaydaMcLauchlin today? You’re inspiring others to do better and showing that all things are possible with hard work and consistency!

congrats Jayda! the scorecard is a great way to self-affirm you’re hitting the right activities and cadence on the daily. The proof will be in the long-term pudding ( closed deals), but a very good tool for self check, and daily positive affirmation. And you’re mentoring… and you’ve been an agent how long?? rockin it! nothing better than a hand “back” to help others up.
