Automation of number of listings viewed not working as intended

I set up an automation for an email to be sent out to my agents after a lead has viewed 10+ listings HOWEVER as soon as I set it up my agents were bombarded with emails with old leads that have looked at 10 listings at some point in time in the past. I feel the goal is to be notified of leads that are actively on the site, looking at 10+ so they can reach out to them as they are actively on the site. How can I modify this automation to work like this?

Hi @huntercroan! You could easily tweak your automation by adding the Created Date condition, this way you could target newer leads instead of all existing leads (e.g. Created Date less than 1 month).

I would also suggest making sure you select Run once per lead under the actions, otherwise agents will keep getting spammed every time the trigger runs and conditions are met.

You can also use “last active” so it is limited to folks have “returned within x” (say last 7 days) - Edit, Fernando says this part is coming soon

Our current version of automations doesn’t have the Last Active condition yet, but, it is planned for our phase 2 of REW Automations!
