Automations Phase 2 is now live!

Hi all,

Automations Phase 2 is now live, and I’ve been experimenting with some tasks that can be automated with the additional triggers, conditions, and actions on REW CRM.

For example, I set up one to automatically send an email to the buyer and seller when a deal is created. This will immediately keep them in the loop without me having to remember to hit “send” every time.

Trigger: Deal Created
Condition: None
Action: Email buyer and seller lead

Another one I tried is sending a welcome email and adding a new lead to a group as soon as they fill out a form. This will save me time and ensure I don’t forget to complete these tasks (the CRM does it for me automatically!).

Trigger: Form Submission
Condition: None
Action: Add to group + Send email

I also tried setting up an automation rule that will send a lead a text about an appointment.

Trigger: Appointment Created
Condition: Phone Status - Verified
Action: Send text

All these seemingly simple tasks add up in our workload, so having them removed from our to-do list can help us focus on other important work. If you’re not familiar with how to set up automations on REW CRM, check out our Automations blog. You can also read our Automations Phase 2 blog for the list of new triggers, conditions, and actions.

What about you, what automations would you like to build?

I just wanted to pop in and share an awesome suggestion from David Yetman (@thinkhalifax.com) from Century 21. He attended @Morgan’s REW CRM coaching session about our latest product release (including Automations Phase 2), and David shared that he would love to see more built-in automations.

We absolutely love this idea! Having preconfigured automations that can just be toggled on or off would definitely make setup easier. We’re taking note of this, thanks David!

I’m curious, what kind of built-in automations would you like to see in the CRM? I think having pre-built automations related to lead follow-up/ communication, grouping, and agent notifications would be great. Most, if not all, would absolutely use this automations in their workflow. what do you think?
