I built that exact skill into REWPert 2.0 however you can (and should) run that skill today (even without REWPert) - using Chatgpt, Gemini Or Claude (it’s pretty easy actually)
What you need is the secret sauce and an AI license which candidly all Realtors® at this point should have anyways.
My preference is Anthropic / Claude (where I built my own tool) but any one of them works as long as they can fetch the URL.

That would be great! Another question, I see we’re using HTTP/1.1 and not HTTP/2, when I run secret sauce questions I get a push back that I should upgrade?
That’s beyond my pay grade sorry - I’m not a network administrator, but if you’re using a networking scanning tool, I would question if that is just a “this is the latest you should upgrade” notification or if there would be a valid reason to do so (ie security, there is a performance issue etc) as far as I know, there are no performance issues network related or otherwise with NORE at this time.
But if there were since it’s a new tool - we would definitely want to know about it
