Staying on top of leads can feel like a full-time job (on top of your actual full-time job)! That’s why I want to highlight Lead Pools, a REW CRM feature designed to give you a bit of breathing room while streamlining your lead management.
With Lead Pools, you can manually or automatically give agents quick access to unassigned leads, letting them select the ones that fit best with their experience and preference. This help match clients with the most suitable agents, get the conversation going faster, and keep things fair!
Here’s a quick overview on how to set it up:
- Log in o REW CRM.
- Click on My Setup and head to Pools under Organize.
- Hit “+ New Pool” and add a name, description, and color label.
- Add agents to the Pool, and click Save.
If you’re a Super Admin, you can grant permission to agents so they can add, edit, or view Pools.
