Lead Pools by Real Estate Webmasters: The Key to Efficient Lead Distribution
As a busy real estate professional, keeping up with the flow of leads can be overwhelming. Every minute counts when a potential client reaches out, and missing that opportunity can mean losing out to the competition. With REW CRM's Lead Pools, you can efficiently categorize and distribute leads, ensuring that each lead is matched with an agent promptly.
What is Lead Pools?
Lead Pools gives REW CRM users a way to categorize and organize leads. Unassigned leads can be added to a pool automatically or manually, rather than sitting in wait to be assigned to an agent. From there, agents on your team who are ready to work with new leads can dive into the Pool, pick out the ones they want to work with, and assign them to themselves.
This creates a more efficient process for both agents and managers. Agents get the flexibility to choose the leads they want to pursue, while managers will have more bandwidth to focus on other crucial tasks. With this feature, you can facilitate faster lead engagement and keep your team motivated!

Why Lead Pools Was Developed
Our team knows how detrimental inefficient lead management can be to your business. When leads aren't assigned quickly or fairly, it slows down your team and results in missed opportunities. That's why we created Lead Pools—to help you streamline this critical process so you can quickly engage with potential clients.
Plus, Lead Pools give agents quick and fair access to new leads that match their skills and interests, empowering them to select the best fits for their expertise. It's all about boosting team productivity and ensuring no lead is left behind.

Best Practices for Using Lead Pools
Once you've set up your Lead Pools, it's important to use them effectively to get the most out of this feature. Here are a few best practices to keep in mind:
- Keep Your Pools Organized- Maintain clear and consistent labels for each Pool so agents can quickly identify and access the right leads. Consider categorizing Pools by lead type, source, or urgency to streamline navigation.
- Monitor Pool Performance- Super Admins can track the effectiveness of Lead Pools by reviewing how long leads sit in the pool before being acted on. If certain leads are ignored, consider re-evaluating your lead distribution strategy.
- Adapt Pools to Changing Needs- Over time, the types of leads and sources may evolve. Regularly reassess your Pools to ensure they continue to meet the needs of your team and provide value for managing leads effectively.
By following these best practices, you'll ensure smoother lead management, foster a collaborative team environment, and help agents focus on the leads that best match their strengths.
