This could fall under lead generation, Tie into CRM or many other categories. One things all real estate agents/brokers do is provide a CMA… Many companies have some very cool, customizable CMA tools. Moxiworks is one.
Has REW ever considered creating. It’s literally something everyone could and would use, could easily be branded to agents from a company level, and then could be stored under a contact in the CRM…
I second this. The MLS provided CMA builder is dated in functionality and unattractive. Having a modern CMA builder in the back office would also help to inspire more usage by agents.
At one point @Morgan and Co were working on a new “Market Snapshot” tool. Not sure if it ever got out of R&D. Probably less detailed than a full CMA, but would get us halfway there and the automated monthly touches to our leads would be great.

We do have something similar to this… But I’m talking full CMA that can be shared, printed out, saved in the contact Etc. Far more that the “Deals” thing, agents would use an actual FULL CMA tool all the time. And if it’s automatically branded to them and the Brokerage and you add some additional pages… Then that’s a TOOL that is used by agents all the time and get’s them into the backend and using the website more.
