Hey everyone!
I wanted to pop in and chat about REW CRM’s Smart Lists feature. If you’re not leveraging them yet, I encourage you to try them out now! Smart Lists was designed to make your life easier by helping you organize and track leads, deals, agents, and sources with just a few clicks. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful they are, and heard all the feedback how they’re making a huge difference in productivity and lead management.
So, I’m curious, for those using this feature, how are you using Smart Lists?
- What filters have you set up that make your workflow smoother?
- Any creative ways you’ve customized your lists?
- What success stories do you have with Smart Lists? I’d love to hear more wins you’ve had since using them!
If you’re new to Smart Lists, here’s a quick rundown of how to get started:
- Log in to REW CRM
- On the Leads dashboard, click the “Lead Filters” button on the left side.
- A window will open on the right where you can add the filters you need.
- Click “Save” and give your list a name when you’re ready.
- Hit “Save” again to create your new Smart List.
And don’t forget—you can set up Smart Lists not just for leads, but for agents, deals, and sources too. Plus, you can customize your View on the dashboard to keep the data that’s most important to you front and center.
