Hi Everyone,
Here is a quick overview of the updates the Product team made earlier in the year in our January and March releases, just in case anyone missed the cool features we’ve released. Any questions please let me know!
January 2024
Yearly Agent Goals
Agents will now have the ability to set yearly deal-based goals. Each goal includes a commission goal, total deals, buy side deals, and sell side deals. These fields will also be visible in agent view as new columns that will display progress with color indicators. There is also a Agent Goals Video Guide explaining agent goals and how to set them up.
To access Agent Goals go to the Agent View>My Setup select Agent goals where you will be taken to the goals page. Here you can create your yearly agent goals.
- Timeframe (Year) - this a dropdown where you can select the year
- Commission Goal - Able to type in commission goal ($)
- Buy Sides
- Sell Sides
- Total Deals
These fields will also be visible in agent view as new columns that will display progress with color indicators.
CSV Import Tool
Please note: This is currently a Super Admin option only.
With this new feature, you can seamlessly import large volumes of contacts, leads, and information into your CRM with just a few clicks. Check our the CSV Import Tool Guide for a more detailed walkthrough.
The tool uses a CSV file as input and it will allow users to import lead data by mapping the fields from a spreadsheet into the REW CRM. We recommend users to import up to 1000 leads at a time. Each import will also create a group for the imported leads with an automatically generated name (e.g. “Import 2024-01-22 13:56”) for easy access via lead view.
Once the import is successful you will be able to view these leads in the Lead View page. Each import will also create a group for the imported leads with an automatically generated name (e.g. “Import 2024-01-22 13:56”) for easy access via lead view. Please note: This is currently a Super Admin option only.
Google Translations on your website
Please note: Speak to your Account Manager to get this feature turned on for you.
We now have the ability to allow sites to be translated in different languages. The module will be toggled off by default on all sites, but when enabled and set up, it will provide users with a new language picker that allows them to view the frontend in different languages.
The frontend language menu can be enabled via Settings > CMS, under Website Translations.
In order for the frontend menu to display, at least one non-default language must be activated. Languages can be managed from Backend > Content > Languages. You are able to select the language you want displayed on the front end of your site in the drop down option list. Please note that we receive this list from Google Translations and are not able to add in additional languages.
Once the languages are enabled you’ll be able to view them on your front end. There will be a new Language button in the header of the homepage. When you select the language button the languages you have enabled in the CRM will appear. Select the chosen language and the website will reload and show the website in the chosen language.
The translation feature will translate every page on your website, including communities, IDX pages, blogs and listings. Please note that extra development work will be required if Clients have custom work done on their site.
Small Product improvements
Added export functionality for Deals and Sources View
Users are now able to export all the information seen in Source and Deals view. Select the information you want to export and the export data will download in a presentable CSV format. To export simple go to the Deals or Sources view and select the items you wanted exported, then select the export button in the top left. The export will run as be available in your downloads as a CSV file.
Added Location as a sort and filter option in Lead View
Users can now filter and view information on where the Lead has visited from.
March 2024
Card Manager on Deals and Sources View
We have added a lot of new card totals and percentages to our existing cards on sources and deals view. These come along with the new cards manager; cards can now be added/removed from the view’s stats and they can be saved as card decks. The functionality is similar to how we can manage views by customizing the displayed columns. Check out the Cards Manager Video Guide that will show you a detailed visual guide of how cards work in the CRM.
Sources Permissions
Agents can now be provided permissions to view and edit Sources and view the Sources screen. The Admin can access the source permissions in Agent Summary> Permissions>Sources Privileges.
REWpert AI
We have now added a REWpert AI as an option within the REW CRM. Once set up you can select the REwpert icon anywhere in the CRM to open the AI flyout and start typing questions, prompts or actions. We have some really informative articles in our AI category over in our blog section that you can use to help utilize REWpert AI.

All Lead columns in the Lead view will now display a descriptive tooltip when the agent hovers over them. This is to better explain what these columns mean to help you create useful smart lists in the Lead view.
