Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a quick overview of what’s coming in our September product release. Most of these updates were suggested by customers and our new product advisors, so we’re excited to get them into your hands.
Here are the upcoming new features:
- AI-Generated Call Transcripts and Summaries: REW Dialer users will automatically get a call transcript and summary (key points, next steps, etc.) of their conversations with leads. This will help you focus on your conversation while making sure all important details are being recorded. Plus, call transcripts are an insurance policy, so you know you’re always protected.
- Automations Phase 2: More triggers, conditions, and actions are added to REW CRM so you can set more advanced automation rules. Check out our Automations Phase 2 Preview blog for the full details.
- Pinned Notes on Lead Profile: Keep your most important notes visible at the top of the Notes section on your Lead Details page.
- Updated Engagement Wheel: We updated the Engagement Wheel with new tasks and quick action buttons to focus more on lead engagement, conversations, and conversion.
- Deals CSV Import Tool, Tags, and Bulk Actions: Soon, you can import past closed deals easily to REW CRM, categorize them with Deal Tags, and perform bulk actions like tagging, deleting, exporting, or updating commissions.
- Updated REW CRM Notifications Center: The Notification Center will soon include both action plan notifications and agent-related alerts.
- New Renaissance Message Pop-Up: Leads will get notified with a website pop-up window on when you send them a message on Renaissance, making it less likely for them to miss your messages.
