REW CRM's Automation Phase 2 is Coming Soon!
A few months ago, we launched a powerful feature in REW CRM that boosted agent productivity, streamlined workflow, and improved lead engagement to another level—the Automations feature! The positive feedback and client reviews were overwhelming (in a good way!), so we've decided to continue expanding Automations' triggers, conditions, and actions to give you more ways to automate key routine tasks. This update is coming soon, but here's a sneak peek at what to expect!

Leverage Automation in Your Workflow
Automation is a feature that allows agents to automate manual processes in REW CRM. Using a framework composed of triggers, conditions, and actions, users can set automation rules that will run once triggers and conditions (which can be CRM or website events) are met. In the first phase, the triggers included:

Conditions are optional, but we recommend utilizing them if you want to narrow down the list of leads that will be affected by your automation rule. Simply think of conditions as filters for the leads in your trigger. When both the triggers and conditions are activated, the action you set takes effect. Initially, these are the actions available in REW CRM:
