I’d recommend to each of your pages (including your main page) you also add FAQ’s and implement them not just in the content, but also mirror them using JSON format for schema markup.
Now looking at the content. It is mostly what experts would refer to as “thin content” - it is mostly keywords and does not go very deep into any specific topic.
This type of content will not rank. You must focus on “quality” not “quantity” of pages. And a quality page goes deep into a topic.
You also need to read up on E-E-A-T - and review what you’re putting out to decide if you feel that the content you have created would satisfy those review guidelines.
Let me give you a simple example (keeping in mind I’m not a writer nor do I know your area)

The thing you can trust about Pulte is that they are an accredited builder and fully insured and they have a 5 star rating on Google. The owner John is still heavily involved in the business and you can always get him on the phone.
Specific to Shoreview, Pulte has created floorplans that range from 2,000 SF up to 4,000 SF which is great because there are many different family types that live in Shoreview from new families (who might need more space) to those looking to downsize. Back to Pulte, while they are not a custom home builder, there are some options available for modifications though there is a process for requesting them. It’s not difficult to do, but it is always best you speak to your Realtor® first just to make sure you’re asking all the right questions. I can help you with that.
Overall, the homes that are built by Pulte homes are very solid, have a lot of space and are really great to look at from the street.

The point I am trying to make is it doesn’t take a year to write more content (and more unique content) but you should take the time.
Obviously I made some stuff up as I don’t know the builder or the area. But you do!
Write what you know. And write it well

- Onpage SEO is one part of the equation. You also need to be building external links to the pages in order to have them rank as well.

But do NOT try to start building links until your pages are awesome. You can’t get “good” links to link to you if your content is not worthy of being mentioned and linked to by others.
That is why you must always take a content-first approach.
