Just wanted to give you an update that the Lead Stage Manager is launching soon this winter. This feature is inspired by one of our amazing product advisors, @Garyashton, and was built to make it easier to stay on top of every lead by giving you flexibility in how you categorize them. It allows you to add, delete, and organize your stages easily (just drag and drop!) in the CRM.
Not every lead moves at the same pace, and they’ll need a tailored approach depending on where they are in their seller/buyer journey. By having the ability to customize lead stages, you can:
- Prioritize and tailor communication based on where each lead in the sales process
- Track opportunities more accurately
- Keep your whole team aligned, so everyone knows where each lead stands
- Better use lead stage as a trigger and/or condition to create advanced automations in the CRM
