This exciting new frontend feature is designed for both agent and client use, and can help provide a more data-driven, interactive experience when pricing a property. When a user adds their own property within the My Homes section, they can create a comparison between their home and a number of active listings. With real-time market stats and colour-coded listings details (showing reductions or additions in the number of bedrooms/bathrooms, square footage, and price), Compare Listings provides tangible and valuable market data.
