All top agents know that publishing good and engaging content boosts your website's SEO. To help you share and spread your blog posts reach, we've added a blog subscription button on your website.

In this video, I'll show you where your blog subscription appears and how to edit it in the back end.

So let's get into it. On your Renaissance website, open up a blog post that you have published.

Scroll all the way down to the bottom of your post.

Here you'll notice we've automatically added a new subscribe button for your viewers. This will be added to all your blog posts on your website.

In the back end, this is referred to as your CTA blog subscription snippet.

By clicking into this CTA, a pop up modal will open up asking your viewers some basic information in order to subscribe.

This is known as your blog subscription form.

I'll type in some data for this example.

After hitting subscribe, a thank you message modal will appear.

The CRM will then automatically add this lead to a group in the back end. I'll show you exactly where you can find this later in the video.

Now that we've seen the front end additions to your blogs, let's run through how to edit these in the back end.

First, the CTA blog subscription.

Log into the CRM. Click on the hamburger menu on the top right of the screen and navigate to the content page.

Click on the snippets tab on the left of the screen.

Within the CMS snippets section, click into CTA blog subscription.

This is where you can edit the snippet markup for your CTA button.

Some basic HTML knowledge can be very helpful here, but don't worry. I'll walk you through how to make simple changes.

At first glance, you can easily pick out the sentences from the default CTA.

The first part of the CTA where it says enjoy this blog post is right here.

Simply edit this text, making sure you don't delete any of the other markups.

Next is the second part of the CTA.

As you can see, click here to subscribe is wrapped in between tags which creates a link to open up the subscription form, followed by for updates which is outside the link.

Edit these sections to change your sentence.

Just a quick note, if you're worried that you've made a mistake on your markup, simply click on this revert this snippet box and the system will reset your snippet back to its default settings.

Great. Now hit save let's take a look at it on the front end.

Refresh your blog page.

Your CTA button should now reflect your changes.

Now it's time to edit the blog subscription form.

Let's head back to the CRM.

Navigate to the main snippets page by clicking on it here on the left of the screen.

Scroll down to the form snippets section.

This time we're going to click into form blog subscription.

Within the snippet markup box is where you can edit your labels.

Again, HTML can seem daunting to those who aren't familiar with code, but feel free to play around with it. And if you ever need help with making any changes, our support team is always happy to assist.

Don't forget, you can always revert your snippet back to its original code in case you think you've made a mistake.

Now let's move on to the thank you message.

Head over to the tools tab here on the left of the screen.

Click on thank you messages.

Select blog subscription form.

Inside the message box is where you can edit your text.

Save your changes once you are done.

So what happens to these leads once they've subscribed?

Well, if a subscriber doesn't exist in your CRM, they will be automatically captured as a new lead. But if they already exist, they will be added to a group for blog subscriptions. Here is where to find it.

Click on the hamburger menu on the top right of the screen and navigate to the CRM page.

Click on my setup towards the bottom left of the screen and head into groups.

You will then see the new group labeled blog subscription form.

This group is global, meaning all of your agents have access to this and it cannot be edited or deleted.

You will be able to see how many leads are assigned to this group and if you click into this it will list down each individual lead.

From here you can filter this group by using smart lists or automations to plan your next engagement.

And that's about it for blog subscriptions.
