Introduction to Search Everywhere Optimization
Alright guys. Well, I'm excited to be covering a topic that seems to be quite popular with people. The topic is Search Everywhere Optimization. And for those of you who haven't attended the previous ones, it's the new thing, right? And the world has changed, obviously. We all have a feed full of AI videos, AI posts, AI social media, AI everything. The good news is that the fundamentals are actually, not only have they not changed, but they're now more important than ever.
But the bad news for Google, which now makes us have to focus in other places, is Google is no longer king of the hill with no second option. Market share is starting to change, and how we do internet marketing is having to change. And even with Google, how you show up on Google and where you're gonna get clicks from is going to change. And so today I really wanted to talk about search everywhere optimization.
I've got some slides. Then I'm gonna talk about a new tool called NORÉ. And hopefully once we've gone through the slides, NORÉ will make a lot of sense to you. I'll show you exactly how we use it, what we use it for, etcetera.
The Importance of Trust in SEO
So let me go ahead and share my screen. So I changed the tagline at the end here, but the new title is Search Everywhere Optimization. And I wanted to drive a point, and that point is you cannot manufacture trust. You have to learn it.
And so as we go through this slide deck and we talk about what has changed and the kinds of things that will bring you value and the kinds of things that won't. We really wanna talk about old world and new world, right? The old world where you're doing guest blog posts and you're posting your own reviews and you're doing all these different things where those things may have given you some credibility in the past absolutely will not work in the future. There's been a major shift in the search engine landscape, as well as the search everywhere landscape.
And the reality is we now get to do less, but we have to make sure that it's much higher quality. We have to earn our spot.
But first I want to talk about what's changing. Right? Google is losing click share. So I'm going share some statistics with you. So sixty eight percent of Google searches now end without a single click.
So anyone who's ever used Google in the last six to twelve months knows Google will often answer your question with an AI response and give you exactly what you were looking for without you having to click through to a website. Is that an experience that most of you find when you're looking for an answer to something, oftentimes just get the answer and don't need to go to a website?
The Shift in User Behavior on Google
That's a major shift because that means even ranking number one in Google, which is super hard to do generally, organically, if people get their answers, they don't need to click on you. And that's behavior that's being learned. Google is trying to make it easier that Google just answers your question, as opposed to providing websites that answer your question. And so the point of this slide is to talk about the fact that the value of ranking in Google is going down compared to what it used to be.
It's still highly valuable. Obviously, Google is still the eight hundred pound gorilla when it comes to search engines. But you need to understand if your strategy is organic Google only, you are gonna lose all of your traffic because you have to change. You have to adapt to what Google is doing.
There may be a world where it doesn't even have search results in a year.
Right? There may be a world where AI is everything for Google, and we can't predict that. But you need to be prepared. If you have all of your eggs in the organic ranking basket, you are going to lose traffic. One hundred percent guaranteed.
The Rise of AI in Search
One billion plus, that's the monthly users on Google's AI mode. Ninety three percent of those searches end with zero clicks. So this is the point I'm trying to drive home. Right? People are now choosing a different kind of Google, the AI version of Google. They're not even in the modality of keyword website answering question. Okay?
Eight point nine to twenty seven point three percent. That is Gemini's share of AI traffic, and it has nearly tripled in the last twelve months. So just huge, huge gains for Gemini, which of course is the Google owned version of LLM or large language model.
One point six percent to eight point nine percent.
This is Claude's AI traffic share, and it grew more than five x. Okay? So, Claude, that's my favorite AI, my favorite LLM. But, guys, this is meaningful.
You guys know Google has been untouchable for two decades or more. Right? Three decades almost. Right?
Nothing has even taken a single half of a percentage point unless it was something else that was owned by Google. Like, YouTube, for instance, takes traffic from Google, but Google owns YouTube too.
This is meaningful. Eight point nine percent, a five hundred percent increase in traffic, and Cloud really just broke out in the last six months. I know it feels super familiar because so high quality and it's everywhere, but you gotta remember, nobody knew what a Claude was six months ago. And they've already had these huge traffic gains.
These are exponential type gains. People are going to their favorite LLM, their favorite large language model, their favorite chatbot, whether that's ChatGPT that had the early lead, whether that's Gemini. Some people use NotebookLM, some people use Claude. Right?
There's all these different places now that are all really competitive and different. Some people have Manas. Some you know what I mean? Like, there's there's people will now start searching inside of the interface that has gotten their attention.
And so if this is Claude, this is just one. What is the AI share for ChatGPT? What is the AI share for Manas, for all these different platforms? You need to understand that instead of the convenient one place where everyone's going to look, people are looking in a bunch of different places.
And it's not like they're looking in multiple places. Before, they didn't necessarily trust websites, so they would click on website one website, another website, another website. But now with AI, as they build relationships with their large language model, with their chatbot, they trust it. If you really trust ChatGPT and it gives you an answer, you don't open Claude and double check the answer.
I mean, some of us do. Maybe we're paranoid. But, you know, most people will trust the recommendation of the chatbot. Right?
And so it is truly diversified in terms of where the traffic opportunities are.
And this is the point. Sixty two percent of consumers now say they trust AI for their brand decisions.
And so consumers will go there. They will ask ChatGPT, my wife included, and whatever chat says, they just believe it. And they will oftentimes make that call. They will oftentimes click that link if a link is recommended, or they will use that realtor in our case.
Right? And this is real stuff, guys. Right? I think I saw Mark, our new sales manager last week, and he jumped in on a call.
I don't know if Derek's on here or not. Derek closed twenty three million dollars over two deals in the last little while here. One was a PPC deal, and one was a ChatGPT deal, where the person just said, I looked you up on ChatGPT. So the opportunities in AI, I don't think it's debated at this point whether it's valuable.
I don't think it's debated whether there's opportunity there or not. Right? That one deal, whether it's five million, ten million, even one million. A one million dollars deal is thirty grand in your pocket.
That's worth a campaign. That's worth paying attention to that marketing source. But what we're predicting in the next twelve to twenty four months is that a significant portion of your time and your financial resources, including hiring people to do stuff, will actually shift towards trying to make sure you're showing up in the various AI platforms, not just in Google.
Okay. Forty one percent have already purchased something that was AI recommended in the last six months.
People are buying from AI. They're like, what should I buy? Cool. What videography equipment should I use?
We trust it. Right? It's as good of a recommendation. People have learned that AI is a trusted partner.
The Need for a Comprehensive SEO Strategy
And this is why that message in the beginning is so important because it talks about search everywhere optimization. So as I mentioned in the beginning, SEO is now being kind of displaced. Right? Search engine optimization now needs to consider more than just search engines.
And let's be honest, that should have been called GEO. It should have been called Google optimization or Google engine optimization because there was no other search engines that we were optimizing for. But now we are. Now we have to have a plan that allows us to continue to rank in Google as well as be in all these other places.
But what's interesting to understand about this concept is that it is an expansion. It is not a replacement. Okay? And if you were to go to Claude today, you could do this right now.
And you could you said, Claude, I want to I want you to pretend you know nothing about me. Right? And I want you to make a recommendation, or I'm gonna be asking you to make a recommendation for a realtor. And I want you to tell me what you're going to do in order to determine who you should recommend.
It's going to say, I'm gonna go to Google. I'm gonna search. I'm gonna look at the results. I'm gonna look at the Google business profiles.
It's gonna do what you as a smart consumer would do on your best day.
AI is incredibly bright. It knows how to put the ******** over here and put the real stuff over here. It knows it's really hard to fake Google five star reviews. It knows it's really hard to fake X amount of reviews on Zillow or realtor dot com, etcetera.
It knows what the quality signals are. It is your best research assistant. It is qualified. It's intelligent.
It has massive scope. So the funny thing about this whole thing is is that you're still just doing the old SEO in a way in order to rank in the new SEO because it's now just doing a better job than you would doing the research for you and bringing the recommendations back.
So speaking of those fundamentals, EEAT. This is now back to the fundamentals or the basics of SEO, right? Experience, expertise, authority, and trust. This is a Google algorithm.
Right? This is a Google concept. Right? Experience.
Can it tell that you have experience in this field? And think about how you, like, let's say if you wanted to know whether I had SEO experience or not. You would go on a journey. Even before AI, you would go to Google and you would Google Morgan Carey SEO.
And you might read some articles that I was in. And you might read some publications. You might read some new stuff. You might read some social media posts, whatever.
You would go on a research journey to determine, have I been doing this for a while? Am I worth listening to? AI does that as well, and so does Google.
Right?
Expertise is different.
So AI understands how to evaluate. Like, it's one thing to have experience. It's another thing to actually be good at something. Right?
Those are two very different things. You can spend a lot of time in real estate and still be a ****** realtor. And the same thing with, are you regarded as an expert? Do you actually, in all the articles where I can find stuff about you, are you regarded as someone who knows what they're talking about?
Do people generally have a positive sentiment about you? When I read the articles that you've written and I compare it to my knowledge base, does what you say about SEO actually reflect what I think I know about SEO for best practices? That's what AI is asking itself. So have you been in the business for a while?
Can I trust you because of the longevity and because of the tenure? And are you up to date? Are you current? Are you good at this?
Authoritativeness, another big one. Do people link to you? Are they comfortable citing you? Do they refer to you a lot?
Right? Are you quoted? That sort of thing. All of that comes around to trust. Right?
And trust also reviews, profiles, things of that nature, things that are really hard to fake. Google has cared about this for a very long time.
And the fun thing is nothing needs to change. Keep doing those best practices. AI cares about it as well. Okay?
Alright. Next.
Understanding AI's Limitations
This is something that I didn't know when I started working with AI, candidly, and I don't think AI wanted to tell us in the beginning. And so this is a really important myth to dispel. A lot of realtors out there who are not experts in AI will say, well, because AI has gotten to know me so much, it knows how to recommend me. It does not do that. So first of all, anything AI remembers about you is only for you.
And so when you speak to your AI, and then in the future, it gives you answers that reflect back on what you've talked about before, or it knows your website because you told it your website before. When I teach Claude what my website is, it doesn't store it for other people to know.
It does not now somehow have it cached in its database. That does not work that way, and a lot of people think that's how it works. So that part I did know. But the part I didn't know is that AI does not trust its own training data.
So as of today, let's say, if you were to ask Claude, don't lie to me. Tell me don't tell me what you think I wanna hear, but tell me what, you know, what the date of your training data is. It'll tell you it ends in January of twenty twenty six. It has no new data from January until now from a knowledge based perspective.
So any new formula, any new company, any new process, any new realtor, any new feedback, it will not have any current feedback. But it's smart enough to know that if it's going to make a recommendation for you, it needs the most up to date information. And so that's why it actually goes and does what you would do on your best day. It goes and does the research.
It looks at Reddit. It looks at your most recent reviews. It looks at your most recent content, etcetera.
So AI acts as your researcher in real time. It does not trust its knowledge base. So it's not like you can convince Claude of six months ago that you're worth ranking in Claude, and it will just remember that and you have some sort of established authority. It will go check for new information every single time. That's a very important thing for you to know.
Best Practices for Content Creation
So let's talk about some best practices. Publish current and original content. And again, if you're an old school SEO person, you'll know that you should be doing this anyways. Current matters even more because of what I just said.
Are you still in the business? Are you still well regarded? Are you still up to speed? AI wants to know that because they want their recommendations to be good.
Now, original content, guys, think about this. If you can write an article in Claude in thirty seconds, so can everybody else. Right? And it doesn't matter if you use ChatGPT or whatever.
There is no prompt, not a single one that you can engineer to trick AI into thinking you wrote it when you didn't. Okay? And so AI goes, okay, how can I trust that this person's an expert when really they've just asked, who's the expert there? The AI was the expert.
But that's not what the consumer's looking for. The consumer is looking for a human being that they can interact with on a personal basis who is a true expert so that when I meet you in person, you'll be able to tell me the same information that I was able to read on your website. Original content matters more than ever. And that's not to say AI isn't your friend here.
You can use AI to help brainstorm. You can use AI to help structure. You can use AI to be your professional editor. But the ideas need to be yours, and they need to be a hundred percent unique.
If they're not, Google knows it, AI knows it, and you will not rank. Okay?
One thing that the all of the LLMs agree on is that you need to stay consistent across every platform. And so don't use different names. Don't use different contact information. Don't use different addresses, etcetera.
There should be uniformity so that it it never gets confused with who it's recommending. There's a Morgan Kerry that's Mariah Carey's brother. I'm not him. Right?
I need to be Morgan at Real Estate Webmasters all the time. So number three, this is where AI is really good at seeing through the ********. You can't go post a bunch of paid reviews. AI knows.
They have to be verifiable.
This is back to that concept of authority. It looks at things like real trends and realtor dot com and Zillow and things that are hard to fake. It's really good at saying, did you buy that article? Or did you write that article yourself? Or is that a ghostwriter or whatever?
So your data needs to be verifiable. And by the way, it has access to MLS statistics. It knows what your actual production is. If you go say you are a top producing realtor and you're not, it will know that, and it will throw you out of consideration immediately.
You cannot hide from AI. And so that kinda gets to point number four about earning independent corroboration. You want other people who have authority. This goes back all the way back to backlinks and page rank.
It's the same thing. People wouldn't write about you and link to your website in the old world unless you were an authority. In the new world, you need to earn your right to have people talk about you in a positive way and talk about your experience. They need to corroborate.
It's fine to say things like you are the number one REMAX team in the world, which Gary Action happens to be, but that needs to be published everywhere else too, including on REMAX dot com. But if AI sees that he won the award last year for number one team, and then he's number one on real trends of the REMAX list and all those different things, that's corroboration. And then the other thing is they expect you to be practicing.
They expect you to be publishing. They expect you to be marketing. If you were number one three years ago, right? I went to a restaurant the other day and it oddly was a turnoff. I saw that their last award in their window, it was Best of restaurants twenty twenty two, was the last award.
And I went, wait a sec, does that mean the restaurant has gone downhill since then? Because clearly they were proud of their rewards, right? But there was nothing new in the window, yet they had all these displays. So they turned something that if it was kept fresh, if it was current, if it said best restaurant of twenty twenty five, I would have been like, awesome. But it's the best restaurant in twenty twenty two. And I went, I think I need to go find a more current restaurant that has good reviews.
And so you need to keep it fresh from a content perspective. AI needs to know you are a going concern, not that you used to be great.
Okay.
What to Avoid in SEO Practices
What to avoid. Don't have inconsistent identity across platforms. Don't have different names, different contact. Don't use vague superlatives, no data.
I know there's realtors out there who like to do that jokey billboard that says number one realtor according to my mom. AI doesn't think that's funny. That's a vague superlative with no data. Right?
You need to have data published. It's perfectly fine by the way to post your own legitimate data. You should. AI loves tabular data.
It loves reporting. It loves numbers, but it should theoretically be able to go find that data somewhere else and also corroborate it. Right? Because NAR, your MLS board, your brokerage, there's so many other places that post those data points.
And so you should be able to get reinforcement of your data. Don't post reviews on your own site if they don't exist somewhere else. That's just dumb anyways, because, you know, if you can't get somebody to review you in an unbiased platform like Google, then people aren't the review anyway. People don't trust self published reviews and neither does AI.
Stale outdated content if it's super old. And by the way, this works for code too. If you have websites that are not contemporary so, you know, nobody on this call should. Right?
But if you had a website that was not mobile responsive, AI would be like, wow. This thing is so old. It doesn't even work on a phone. If you have a website where the content itself is like last published two thousand twenty or something, It is gonna be like, okay.
This website, probably not a great source of current information. So don't have that. It's you gotta go update it or get rid of it. One of the two things.
Or it's going to hurt you, not necessarily from a Google perspective because Google still counts it, but from an AI perspective, they're not gonna value that content if it's old. And, of course, if you just have any content built to game rankings and not answer questions, I saw this huge footer the other day from someone I respect, someone who's a good marketer, but their strength isn't necessarily SEO. They had all these keywords and all of these things in their footer. I'm like, what are you doing?
That's just gonna look like spam to a consumer, to Google, and to AI. So stop with the tricks. If you're gonna research SEO of today, if it doesn't say best SEO tactics of two thousand twenty six, don't follow it. If you follow something from two thousand fifteen, just because it sounds like a good idea, you're probably not gonna win with that tactic.
Okay?
On-Page SEO Technical Tips
K. Let's talk about some on page technical things. Do.
This is probably the most important tip for you. Okay? And this is gonna go for your videos as well. You need to have an answer first content structure, and you need to forget about keywords.
Okay? The old world, us SEOs, we're programmed. Oh, your h two tag needs to have that exact keyword in the heading. No. It doesn't. Google's smart enough to understand context anyways. But answer first structure is if you've created a piece of count content, it should be created to answer a specific question.
Like, who's the best realtor in downtown Nanaimo? That that's a perfectly valid question. And then you would answer that question in the very first bit of content because AI is lazy, and it also likes to prioritize the things at the top. It highly prefers content that's not just visible, but is at the top of the page.
So when you have answer first content, then it's gonna be like, great. I wanna feed this because clearly they didn't bury the hook here. Clearly, they decided that they wanna make sure that that customer knows exactly what they're getting into right on that page, right at the top. You wanna have one consistent entity site wide.
So this is on page stuff. So you're gonna have entity based elements such as JSON, right? This is a bit more technical, but when you're starting to talk about the JSON that you put in the head, you can identify the author. You can identify the owner of the website.
Make sure that that's consistent across the site as well. Traditional interlinking, Right? Make sure you're using descriptive anchor texts, not buy now, sign here, click there. You wanna have you know, whatever the user is gonna land on when they when they click the link, that's what you wanna have for your descriptive anchors.
And transcripts for videos. Guys, we're gonna be talking about NORÉ in a minute. These are massively high value.
The hardest thing we've ever had to do or tried to do with customers is get them to write unique content. They hate doing it. Most realtors did not get into the real estate business to write content. It's about carving out the time and then having perfection syndrome and then not getting the content done because you don't like the art of it.
And you needed one hundred pages of content. You sat down, you wrote three, and you never got it done. Transcripts for video is the solution to that and every other problem we've been talking about when it comes to experience, expertise, authority, and trust. Because what is a video?
A video is you. Right? It is not AI, for sure. It is your absolute voice.
People can trust that it's you saying that. You can speak as an authority. You can demonstrate your experience. Right?
And the fun thing about transcripts, at least from my perspective, is that I don't feel the same need to go through and edit it afterwards. I'm fine with ums and ahs and misspellings and things of that nature because it's the true words that I used. And the irony is that's exactly what LLMs and Google want. They want to know that it is your verified unique perspective.
And so forget trying to have to write content that's structured and whatever. Just create videos and talk about what you know because, honestly, you have no business ranking for anything you don't know anyways. So you should be an authority if you are going to expect to rank for it. Okay?
Do make sure you use organizational and personal schema. Do make sure you have FAQ page schema and FAQs. Obviously, LLMs love frequently asked questions. Like, people ask questions now, they don't type keywords.
That's a big change. If you're gonna use video, you need to make sure you use video object schema. And by the way, some of these schema things, don't worry, we're not gonna get into the technical stuff here, but you can learn this at Real Estate Webmasters on our forums. We also have an academy page, etcetera.
We will take you through all of this in terms of what it is. But even then, you don't have to learn how to write schema because you have what?
Eliana, why wouldn't they have to learn how to write schema?
Because we have Claude. Exactly. Or Gemini or any all of your LLMs know how to write your schema for you. So just say, I've been told I need schema for this video. Create it.
Don't need to be designers anymore. And then, of course, make sure you have good freshness signals and updated dates, and do not lie. These are the tricks that don't work. If you go take a two thousand twenty two article and then you relabel it two thousand twenty six and you don't change anything, the LLM knows.
It knows that this is old dated information with a new date on it. Not only will that not help you, that will severely harm your reputation. That is a non trust signal. So don't try to trick the LLMs.
If you don't significantly rewrite an article, don't change the date. So again, what do we wanna avoid from that perspective? Spammy stuffed keywords, hidden transcripts that are inaccessible in the code, schema that doesn't match the visible content, and, of course, don't make broad claims and with thin content.
Introduction to NORÉ: REW CRM's SEO-Video Tool
So let's talk about NORÉ. This came about I was working with Ken Pozek Oh, probably his videos on his website. And so nothing to do with SEO at that point. But I was like, yeah.
Of course. You've got great videos. Why wouldn't you wanna show them off on your website? Right?
And we started talking about, well, what are the most popular video platforms? We looked at YouTube, we looked at Netflix, and I said, well, I prefer, and I think you agree that we prefer Netflix UI over YouTube. So why don't we build it like Netflix? And so it literally got its name because we were like, oh, it's like the Netflix of real estate.
That's what n o r where it got its name from.
So guys, this is the original output. Our academy, which by the way, you can go and watch lots of videos from us. This is the original output of NORÉ, where you've got the ability to search videos, you've got categories, you've got these sliders, You can open it up, you can watch the video. There's all kinds of great stuff.
This was the original point, and this was already a cool feature. Just a UI that lets you add your videos to the backend. You can tag them, you can add chapters. It can just do all the cool things.
Now you don't have to send people away to YouTube where they're going be inundated with ads, etcetera. You can keep your content on your website, get credit for it. That was idea number one.
And then idea number two, Ken referred Chris Colgan, who's another really good video guy on Instagram. He's a killer. He's got millions and millions of views. Right?
And he does great videos. He hired us for SEO. And I had that same conversation. I was like, dude, why are you trying to produce like, he was using AI to create content and stuff.
I was like, don't do this. I already have all the content I would ever need from you. You have such great videos. Why don't I just use your videos?
And so that's when I came up with the idea of making sure that, you know, every NORÉ video had the ability to embed the transcript in a search engine spiderable and an AI spiderable way. And we started creating these landing pages with individual videos and sliders, and we went, wow. We're starting to get a lot of traffic here. And so that's when we realized we got something really awesome here.
And then as this process of search everywhere optimization has started to evolve, one of the negatives, which I'm sure you can imagine from this conversation, it's like, oh, man. Now I gotta post everywhere. Now I gotta put stuff in all these different places. I gotta put it on my social media.
I gotta put it on blogs. I gotta put it on CMS pages. We thought we could actually build a tool using AI that would allow you to actually fast track the things that you're allowed to use AI for. Right?
Because Facebook and Instagram and LinkedIn, not only do they not care whether AI generates your posts or not, a lot of them provide tools that allow you to edit or recreate with AI. If you go to LinkedIn and you make a post and say, would you like AI to fix this for you? Right? So there's no rules about AI generation from that perspective.
It should still be your content. But I was like, why don't we just code the tool to give people those too? So like, you've now got your great videos. They're on your site.
They're helping you rank organically in Google and elsewhere for LLMs, etcetera. And they're giving you suggested posts for Facebook, etcetera. And so I'm gonna jump to the end, and I'm gonna show you exactly what the intention of this tool is at this point. Okay?
Demonstrating NORÉ's Functionality
So I'll explain what it is. I live beside the Anders and Doritz Park on Jingle Pot. That's where I live. It's a dog park. Okay? I recorded a video and posted it yesterday.
Just yesterday. Okay? And so what you'll see is a very familiar sort of Answer Engine AI post. Right?
Take a look at this.
Do you see the first YouTube video there? Yes. That's my video.
Right? That's in the YouTube carousel because I uploaded it to YouTube first. Do you see the first organic result? Real Estate Group. Kerry Real Estate Group. Guess what it is? It's a video that I posted literally on July twenty first two thousand twenty six, which was yesterday.
This is on a website that I haven't even finished yet. This website, my main website is carlycarrie dot com. That's where I have all my SEO and stuff. This website has broken links.
This website is like, I haven't even barely started this website yet. This post, as you can see here, has nothing on it. I did this on purpose. The only thing it has on it is the transcript from my video, properly optimized, embedded with proper JSON schema for the video, etcetera.
Okay? I'm able to rank for hyper This is what we used to call and probably still should call long tail keywords.
I'm able to rank for this dog park in this particular community immediately with a domain with absolutely no authority. There's not a single backlink. There is nothing inside of twenty four hours.
And so now I'm showing up with my YouTube video because I wanna make sure my videos are on YouTube. So I get the benefit of wherever Google shows YouTube, I need to be at the top. I'm showing up number one organically.
And if I open this up, **** ****. I'm even in the AI results.
Would you look at that? I now have my face in three or four different places above the fold with very little scrolling. How was I able to do that?
The reality is is that I am an expert at the Anders and Dorit Park, and my video transcript says that because I live beside it. And I take my dog there all the time, and the transcript makes that obvious. AI and Google are be able to understand.
Yep. This guy literally knows what he's talking about. He's even at that place with his dog talking about it.
You need to do this. Regardless of whether you have a Real Estate Webmaster's website, regardless of whether you use NORÉ, which is the tool I use to do this, you need to do this because this is the new organic SEO, search everywhere optimization. Now I don't think the LLMs will have picked this up yet, but very soon, when you go to an LLM and you say, hey, what's the best dog park in Nanaimo close to Jingle Pot? I'm gonna show up, my content is going to show up. That's how it works, okay?
And so now I'm gonna show you the tool itself.
Super easy, and by the way, there's a lot you can do, but I just demonstrated or I'm about to demonstrate that you don't have to. Okay? I did not fill out most of this stuff because I'm lazy and I just wanted to see how much I could do without doing much. So I basically, I popped in a title.
Now you do still need to think about your keywords with the title. Like, you shouldn't create a piece of content without a marketing objective in mind. And so you shouldn't have to manufacture keywords. You shouldn't have to fit the wrong keyword with the wrong piece of content.
So Anders and Dorit's dog park, North Jingle Pot, that's what this is about. Then there's a video. You go grab your YouTube video ID. And by the way, for those of you who don't know, because obviously Shorts is really big right now, but they don't have a transcript.
Here's a pro tip for you. If you didn't know, you can actually go to your YouTube Short, and you can change the forward slash short to this particular thing, forward slash watch question mark v equals. So replace the directory short, and it will actually give you that same video, but then you'll have access Do I do I this? No.
Then you'll have access to the transcript.
So that's how you get transcripts from your shorts. You go boom, show transcript, Grab the transcript. Now you should take a step and you should say, put that in Claude or Gemini or whatever and say, hey. Remove the time stamps and clean this up. Don't change any of my words, though. Just makes it a little more readable. That's what I like to do with mine.
So now when I go to it, go back to my thing here.
So you'll see mine, it's exactly the same words, but it did fix some misspellings, and it did just make it a little more readable. But it is exactly the words. No different words. Right? Just grammar, punctuation, structure.
I take that. I post it right here in my transcript box, and I'm done. I did nothing else.
By the way, there's a special feature in Google called a watch page, when you can actually optimize your specific videos on a landing page so that Google will know this page is dedicated to a video itself.
I believe the watch pages do automatically generate the JSON for videos. Is Fernando on here? Maybe he can confirm that.
Yes. It works with the location section, so that'll generate location schema for your watch page. Got it. Excellent. If you fill it out. Like I said, I was lazy. I didn't I could there's lots more I could fill out here.
I just did it quickly yesterday because I just wanted to show you, like, I don't have overlay text. I didn't put any chapters in. I didn't put any custom calls to action in. There's way more you can do, but you don't have to, and it looks great.
And then of course, if you add it to, I'll just show you my own little Netflix here.
We don't wanna forget the original reason why we built it is to have a really cool way to show off our videos. So like, I have a charity that I'm working with right now, or that we started for my wife, Carly. We're building a house for cancer patients to be able to stay when they're in treatment. And so I'm able to have category based videos where people can watch the videos.
It creates direct links for the videos, all kinds of great stuff.
Adding a Snippet from NORÉ to Your Website
And for those of you who are power users at REW, understand how snippets work. You don't just have to use this main UI here. You can take a single video and you can embed it as a snippet, or you can take a slider of videos, and I'll show you how to do that.
So let's say I go to NORÉ and I go grab one of my categories and I wanna do the Carly's house one.
Right? And I'll go to find a page.
And let's say I go to my Cedar page, whatever, some community page.
So here's my page. You'll see it doesn't have any videos on it. Right? I just go to the back end on my Seedr page, find where I might wanna put those videos. Let's say I wanna put them right here.
Hit save.
Refresh my page.
Boom. So you can have just one category.
So you can do hyper targeted. So let's say if you're Gary in Nashville and you really wanted to focus on the Gulch, for instance, which is like downtown there, you can have a bunch of videos that were Gulch specific, and you could actually have a carousel like this with just your Gulch videos, for instance. Each one of those having titles that help your organic rankings, each one of those having transcripts that help your organic rankings, each one of those generating watch pages that help your organic rankings.
Using Your Transcripts to Generate Original Content for SEO
And this is the other cool thing about NORÉ.
You do not have to have an AI key to use NORÉ at all. But if you do, if you go grab yourself like a ChatGPT OpenAI key, okay, you can actually, I'm gonna go find that same video. This would be a great place to end. So it already has I'm lazy.
Right? We've already established I'm lazy. And so I don't wanna write content either. I don't wanna have to remember to go pay make a Facebook post and come up with some creative LinkedIn post.
I can click Facebook and I can click generate. And remember, Facebook doesn't care whether I wrote this myself or whether AI helped me write this. But I do need to create a Facebook post and link my video to my Facebook post.
And so while I'm waiting for this to load, I'll go find that again, Anders, Dorit, whatever, or Park. I'll find that URL.
So I need my URL and I need a post.
And so this is gonna make my life really easy because instead of having to come up with a post, Nora's gonna write it for me.
Check this out. Boom.
Boom.
Done. Next.
Post.
Nor I wrote my Facebook post.
I didn't have to.
It's my marketing partner. Now Let's see, did it make me look like an ass or is it as good as I probably would have come up with? It says Sunday stroll at Anders and Dorit's with my man, Mr. Milo, wearing my autism is my superpower shirt that I got from my daughter and feeling grateful.
This gem is right beside our house, off leash, blah blah blah. The river's mostly dry in the summer, but cover keeps it cool. This is great.
Right? This is as good if I wanted a post like this. But by the way, the cool thing or one of the coolest things about NORÉ and about where we're going with this guys is that you can actually, I think can I control my secret sauce? Fernando, help me with this.
Is that is that available yet? Yes. Yes. You can. Okay. So let's say what I was getting from NORÉ was good, but not exactly me.
Right? Okay. It's right here in secret sauce. So I can do secret sauce for each specific one?
Correct. So I can give it specific instructions. Okay. So hey, NORÉ. For my LinkedIn posts, I still kinda wanna be funny.
Make sure you include a few emojis and a couple of bullet points if that's even possible in LinkedIn. And, of course, a gazillion hashtags. Go ahead.
Right? And so now I can go it should theoretically. Now I've never tested this. I'm trusting Fernando here.
But the idea being is we want you to be able to use AI tools and your own creativity and the product and combine them all. Right? So now I should be able to do that same thing again that I did before for Facebook. And I go to LinkedIn for instance, and I click generate, and hopefully it now has stored that secret sauce.
This is a live test here, guys, because this just came out and I have literally never pushed that specific button before. Hopefully, there's a gazillion hashtags and I'm funny and there's a couple of emojis in here. Right?
Boom. Look at all the emojis.
Right? And the bullets. It did exactly what I asked it to do, and it gave me a gazillion hashtags.
Do you see how I was able to train my own AI right then and there?
Go ahead, Miguel.
So when you click generate and it gets or doesn't generate anything in, I don't know, ten minutes, is there something wrong? Or It shouldn't take ten minutes. You do need to have your own API key enabled. Right? So you have to go get an OpenAI key, which is what generates this particular one. I'm pretty I'm pretty sure it's OpenAI. Right, Fernando?
Yep, that's correct. Yeah. So where you do that guys is you go to settings, there's a new setting in Real Estate Webmasters for API keys. So go get yourself an open API key because LLMs charge money for the usage. They have to use tokens.
So you go get your API key and you plug it in there and hit save. It will connect to your API key. That's how it generates this stuff. You can still use NORÉ without an API key to, like, upload the videos and put the transcripts and stuff, but you you can't have it generate the social media posts and all that, the writing that it does, that requires you connect to an LLM. So that one, you have to bring an API key for.
So thanks, guys. Hopefully, this was helpful. Thank you.
