Agent Goals and Scorecards: What’s Your Experience So Far?

Hi everyone,

One of our goals in Real Estate Webmasters is to ensure that people are not only aware of our products, but also understand how these tools can help them and their real estate business. This week, I want to highlight our REW CRM’s Agent Goals and Scorecards feature.

Agent Goals previously we launched annual goals in order to help agents target their progress towards their end of the year gols. This latest agent goals release is designed to make setting and tracking goals easier for you and your team. You can set daily targets like calls, texts, emails, and appointments, as well as yearly goals for commissions, buy-side deals, sell-side deals, and total deals. You can even backdate it to 2018 or set goals up to 2028.

As for Scorecards, they give you a quick snapshot of how your agents are doing. It works like a report card, giving a letter grade and a summary of their progress. You can adjust the timeframes to match whatever works best for you.

These features are great for team leaders who want to coach their agents, and they help individual agents stay accountable. With everything moving so fast in real estate, having a tool that simplifies performance tracking can be really helpful. It allows you to see what’s working, where there’s room for improvement, and act on it quickly.
