Last week, we released new REW CRM features to help users efficiently connect and manage leads. It’s important to us to get your feedback and assess the impact of these updates, so I’d love to hear how they’re working for you!
Here’s a recap of the recent product update:

Google Calendar sync – You can now sync your Google Calendar with REW CRM so it’s easier to track your appointments.

Agent goals report email – Set up an automated email and receive your Agent Goals Report Scorecard for accountability and better progress tracking. (Thank you to @robthomson and @David for bringing this up to the team)

Lead information in browser tabs – See the lead’s name, email, and phone number on your tab so you can quickly find the lead you’re searching for. This is especially helpful for agents who always have multiple tabs opened. (Shoutout to Ken Pozek for suggesting this update!)

Persistent menu links – Your CRM menu stays visible on the Dashboard, Company, and the Settings page to make it easier to switch between tasks.

URL custom field – You can now add URL as a custom field on the Lead Details page. Add social profiles, work websites, or any other sites relevant to your lead.

New filters in Lead View – We added “Last Conversation” and “Secondary Email” as a new Lead filter. Use these filters to better connect with leads and continue engaging with them.
