REW CRM's May product updates.

Google Calendar Sync with REW CRM

We know that many agents use Google Calendar to book and manage their appointments, and in line with our philosophy of promoting efficiency and centralizing your crucial work in one platform, we updated REW CRM to give you the ability to sync your Google calendar with REW CRM’s calendar.

Receive Email Reports for Daily Goals

Agent Goals and Report Scorecards is one of the most powerful features in REW CRM. They let you set annual and daily targets, track your progress, and make sure you're meeting your goals. We know you handle a lot of tasks every day, and it’s easy to forget to check your progress, that’s why we’ve implemented an update that allows you to receive an automated email with your daily goals scorecard.

Here’s how to set it up:

We also want to give Rob Thomson and David Abernathy of Waterfront Properties a shoutout for suggesting this update! We’re happy to bring this to life, thanks to their feedback. If you have any ideas for improvements, don’t hesitate to share them with us. If it makes sense for most of our clients, we’ll work to make it happen!

Lead Information on Browser Tabs

Another amazing Real Estate Webmasters client, Ken Pozek of The Orlando Real, suggested adding the lead information to browser tabs for easy navigation. Our response? Absolutely! Now, you’ll see your lead’s name, phone number, and email address on the Lead Details page’s browser tab. This will allow you to find the right leads faster even when you have multiple tabs open. This update is simple, but it greatly improves your quality of work life!

New Lead View Filters

Recently, we’ve been emphasizing the importance of tracking conversations and how they impact your conversion rate. We want to ensure you have all the tools you need to monitor and start more conversations, so we’ve added a “Last Conversation” filter on REW CRM’s Leads view. With this update, you can easily generate a list of leads you last spoke to within a specific time frame. This will help you continue conversations and build relationships with leads, increasing your chance of closing deals!

Do you want to know how many conversations are actually needed to book an appointment and close a deal? Share your Conversations metrics data and insights in our Conversations Study and help us answer this big question.

Furthermore, we also added a “Secondary Email” filter to help you sort leads with multiple email addresses. Explore these new filters, start connecting with your leads, and close more deals.

Persistent Menu Links

Last but not the least, we've made the REW CRM menu links—Leads, Agents, Deals, Sources, and Automations—visible even on the Dashboard, Company, and the Settings page. This makes it so much easier to access these key links so your workflow won’t be interrupted. We want to keep your momentum going strong!
