REW Dialer's Caller ID is here!

Hey everyone!

I’m excited to share that REW Dialer’s Caller ID feature is now live! We heard your feedback and now, it’s finally here. With this update, you can use your own phone number when calling leads through the dialer. What are the pros of doing this? You can avoid getting your calls labelled as spam, which increases the chance of having your calls answered. Plus, this is extra encouragement to use the dialer to conveniently track your Conversations metrics.

In one of our past product updates, we designed Conversations mapping in REW Dialer, allowing you to automatically record call outcomes in the CRM. You can check out our March Product Release blog post for the full details. This means you don’t have to manually record key conversations metrics, making it easier to track if you’re actually making real connections with your leads. I cannot stress enough how important it is to measure your conversation metrics. It’s conversations, not calls, that has a more direct relationship with how many deals you can close.

Back to the new Caller ID feature, you can read our July Product Update blog post
for the step-by-step guide on how you can set it up. Feel free to reply here if you have questions about how to enable it!

Aside from the new Caller ID, we also released a phone status icon and filters:

  • Phone Status Icon – We’ve added an icon (check and x mark) next to your lead’s phone number so you can immediately tell if the number is verified or not. It also automatically updates after your first call with the lead.

  • Phone Number Filters – You can filter leads by phone number status so you can easily check and clean your database.

If you’ve already started using the new features, I’d love to hear what you think. And if you have more ideas or feedback, simply drop a comment below. We’re always listening!
