We’re excited to share that our latest CRM update is officially rolling out this week! This release is focused on improving how you work day-to-day, with more customization, better visibility into performance, and powerful new AI tools.
Here’s a quick overview of what’s new:
AI-Powered Call Grading & Coaching
Calls made through the REW Dialer can now be automatically analyzed using AI. Each call is graded across key communication categories and includes coaching insights to help agents improve performance over time. It’s a smarter, more consistent way to review conversations and identify opportunities.
Custom Layouts for Lead Details
You can now fully customize your Lead Details page by dragging and arranging panels to match your workflow. Each agent can create their own layouts, making it easier to focus on the information that matters most.
24 Hour Call Report
Get a visual, hourly breakdown of call activity, conversations, appointments, and new leads. This report helps you quickly spot trends, monitor engagement, and better understand team performance throughout the day.
You’ll also notice quality-of-life improvements all designed to help you move faster and work more efficiently:
- Next / Previous Lead Navigation: Seamlessly navigate between leads in a Smart List without exiting the lead details page, making it faster to review and manage your pipeline.
- Quick Phone Status Update + Unverified Phone Icon: A new Unverified Phone icon has been added to the lead’s phone status, plus easily update your lead’s phone status directly on the Phone column of the Leads homepage.
- Deals View Updates: A new MLS Number field is now available to new and existing Deals. MLS Number, Budget and Property Price have also been added to the Deals table view, allowing you to include them to filters and columns.
