Real Estate Webmasters provides custom Dayton Beach Area Association of REALTORS® IDX Solutions. With broker sign-off, Real Estate Webmaster can even help in the creation of IDX feeds for individual agents as well. The DBAAR is the association responsible for managing the MLS system in the greater Volusia County region of Southeast Florida. The system is a highly efficient, computerized MLS system designed to allow easy access to shared listing information for DBAAR members and their customers.

The DBAAR was established back in 1922 and now maintains a membership of more than 1800 REALTORS®. The organization is governed by a volunteer board of directors, elected by its membership, and are dedicated to serving both buyers and sellers throughout the Dayton Beach area. The organization has a stated goal of serving not just the needs of its membership but of the public and the community that they serve as well.

The DBAAR is run in association with both the Florida Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®; membership is required in order to utilize the REALTOR® designation as well as any of the trademarks associated with it. Due to this association, the DBAAR is dedicated to providing continuing education services as well maintaining a a high code of conduct for its members.

Outside of its membership, however, the DBAAR is dedicated to improving the community that they serve. They are staunch advocates for home-owner rights in all levels of government and become involved in local charity events. In 2006, the DBAAR was voted "volunteer of the year" by the Children's Home Society for its celebrated "adopt-a-child program".
