The Metrolist® MLS®, located in Sacramento, CA, provides more than 25,000 real estate brokers in Sacramento, Placer, El Dorado, San Joaquin, Yolo, Stanislaus and Merced Counties, with official Multiple Listings Services(MLS) and other computer services. The Metrolist® CA was formed in 1985 when these counties joined together in an effort to provide one unified regional MLS database for the Northern California Central Valley.

The Association covers 100s of cities in the area, with the MetroList® Sacramento, or Sac MetroList®, being the largest. The METROLIST CA is proud to offer real estate professionals in all of its cities with a single, easy to use, data base.
