This is a member based Real Estate Board in the Greater Vancouver area. The REBGV first came together when 10 real estate brokers officially established the board in 1919. Since then the board has grown significantly to include over 11,000 realtors.

The REBGV captures real estate data that covers an expansive amount of terrain throughout British Columbia. Essentially, all that is considered to be part of the Lower Mainland, from Maple Ridge to Whistler and everything in between, is covered by the REBGV. Real Estate Webmasters services will provide custom IDX solutions, such as Google property mapping, that will extend their lead capture abilities even further. This board provides members with exceptional tools and information to give their clients the best possible service. The REBGV is a group of knowledgeable experts that are fully proficient with government legislature and industry standards. The REBGV represents their members in municipal, provincial and federal levels of government. Their mission and principles are intended to advance the interest of the real estate industry of Greater Vancouver residents. They are advocates for property buyers, sellers and owners. The REBGV is proud to contribute to this community and seeks to recommend policies that will enable people to attain what they value most: homes and stronger communities.

REBGV Accolades

Because of their dedication to Realtors and community members, the REBGV has won several accolades in recognition of their efforts. In 2010 the board received the Canada Awards for Excellence Order of Excellence-Quality, the highest award presented by Excellence Canada. They've gone to extensive lengths to refine their processes and enhance the quality of their services. They hope to continue to strive towards becoming an industry leader in Canada.
