Push Notifications and other product updates are live!

Hi everyone,

I have amazing news! REW CRM’s Push Notifications feature is live! Now you can get instant alerts whenever you’re assigned a new lead, you receive an inquiry or form submission, and when a lead enters Shark Tank. I know this can be really helpful for those of you who are busy and always on the go.

We also released other product updates that you cannot miss:

  • REW Dialer’s Conversation Mapping: Calls are now automatically categorized as Conversation, Attempt, Voicemail, or Wrong Number when you use REW Dialer. This means you no longer need to manually update your call history and it’s now easier to track which calls are turning into valuable leads. If you want to learn more about the importance of tracking conversations (actual interactions, not just calls!), check out our Conversations metrics post.

  • Conversations Metrics in Agent Goals: We really want to highlight the powerful impact of conversations, and that’s why we added Conversations metrics in Agent Goals. Now, you can set and track yours and other agents’ performance based on conversations with leads. Our CEO, @Morgan, talked about its effect in detail in his forum post. I highly encourage you to check it out!

  • New Lead View Fields: We added full name, address, and custom fields in Lead View.

  • New Lead View Filters: We also added last inquiry and unreplied inquiry filters to the Lead View so you can easily check which leads you still need to respond to.

  • Unsubscribe Leads: Agents can now unsubscribe leads from campaigns, saved searches, or text messages directly from the Lead Details page. No need to contact anyone else!

  • Source View Update: REW CRM’s Source View timeline filter now uses the lead created date instead of the source assignment date when tracking marketing sources’ performance. The Source View stat cards are also updated to refresh every 15 minutes! Both of this updates ensure that you’re getting accurate data about your marketing efforts.

  • Clickable Deal Modals: This update means you can quickly access deal details right from the Lead and Source Views without needing to leave the page. I personally don’t like to switch between windows or tabs, so this is helpful for me!

I hope you find these product updates valuable! If you want to learn more about these features and how to set up Push Notifications, head over to our Product Updates blog post. Once you’re done exploring, feel free to let us know what’s your favorite update, or anything else you’d love to see!

Aloha, I see the update and Blog post about the new updates include mobile push notifications as well as the desktop. I have followed all instructions and I am receiving the desktop notifications but NOT the mobile ones. Could you please advise on how to get the mobile push notifications working?

How do you set up the push notifications? I can’t easily find it?

Yes I believe that is going to work for the mobile. I’m waiting for a client to respond to a listing. It just wasn’t as self explanatory as the PC notifications and I think the disconnect was adding the correct app to my home screen on phone and allowing the notifications. It doesn’t necessarily show as a stand alone app per se, so I think that’s where the confusion was for me.
